I just finished a yoga activity that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !

Hello! or Happy Monday!
Today starts the second half of November. It means that just 2 weeks left until the end of Fall. Winter is coming. But in some countries it is already snowing. But in some countries it is summer now. Well, there are pros and cons anyways.

But coming back to our reality, and to the place where we are I would like to encourage you to spend the last days of Fall actively, productively and to prepare for the winter...
