Enfin les documents manquant
Après des semaines à galérer à avoir les actes de propriété et le reste des documents qui appartenaient à notre père décédé, nous avons enfin réussi à mettre la main sur les documents originaux, qui nous ont été scannés , et envoyés par mail .
Sur les documents, certains chiffres sont indiqués en francs, ce qui est assez comique, et cela nous a rappelé des souvenirs que certaines générations ne connaîtront jamais.
En fait, nous avions du mal à savoir qui était le notaire, car effectivement, il y en avait plusieurs. Notre père avait lui-même hérité de son père, et du fait qu'il y avait plusieurs héritiers des terrains, il y a eu plusieurs notaires et juges impliqués dans le partage entre les héritiers.
s'avère qu'il y a plus de terrain que nous le pensions, réparti sur plusieurs communes. À certains endroits, il est question de quelques mètres carrés seulement. Cette découverte a rendu la situation encore plus complexe, car cela signifie que la succession comporte davantage de propriétés , certains des terrains ne font que des quelques mètres carré
Et il y a comme ça plusieurs pages, mais vu qu'il y a eu plusieurs personnes impliquées dans le partage, il va falloir maintenant voir un notaire pour qu'il nous explique ce qui appartenait à notre père ou à ses frères, afin de déterminer notre part dans son héritage.
Bref, cela va encore nous demander de la paperasse, mais une fois ces derniers détails réglés, nous pourrons commencer à faire les partages avec les autres ayants droits. Heureusement, tout le monde est d'accord pour simplement vendre et prendre sa part.
Il sera donc important de faire une analyse approfondie des documents pour comprendre pleinement l'étendue de la propriété et procéder au partage équitable entre les héritiers concernés.
