What's New On Threads? [Initiatives]

With the frequent upgrades, updates, and new features being rolled out and worked on in the INLEO interface, what could be new this time? Someone out there might be asking this question on reading the title.

Clickbait. LOL!

Joking aside, there are various initiatives on Threads, and if you do not frequent the space, chances are, you're missing out. So yep, you get the idea. It's just my way of sharing the opportunities with others, and here's to introduce a few of them.

Monthly Prompt

Funny you would say, that while I spend most of my Hive time on INLEO, I still missed the announcement about this initiative. Timezone may have something to do with it, yes and second, I'm guilty of not exploring enough.

Anyhow, the INLEO team is coming up with various fun ways to inspire us to keep producing content. I believe that some (or probably most of us) are challenged with what to write about daily and prompts often come to our rescue.

Enter February Monthly Prompt

This is the second edition after the Posting Spree that concluded at the end of January. There is a list of daily topics provided with the corresponding post tag to use when writing about them.

What's in it for you and me?

• This gives us topic ideas to write about when we are struggling to pick something on certain days. If we aren't keen on creating a long-form post, we can just go to Threads and create a threadstorm.

• May get curation from Leo.voter and its trail.

• A chance to win a month of Premium subscription. We know this comes with various perks. Khal occasionally teases on threads that there are more benefits to be added for Premium users to enjoy.

Weekend Threading (Mini Contest)

This initiative started last year and it's back again after a short break. Different communities are collaborating with INLEO. The concept is that each weekend (starting each Friday, others on Thursday), each community proposes a topic and we can participate in it.

It's an initiative that gives us ideas on what to thread about and have fun while doing so. There are prizes of course:

• 3 winners of 1 HBD each
• 5 winners of LEO tokens

And as far as I know, there is no limit to how many community topics one can join. If you haven't come across one, check some of the current prompts below:

Others [Adding to the Database]

Apart from the above initiatives, there are other things that we are doing on threads, there aren't any prizes, but we do them to help add more data to the chain. I have shared 3 of them in my previous post.

We want to help build the "onleo" brand if I may call it such. If you are fond of jokes, you might want to check the "jokesonleo" on threads and can add yours too. You can even start with your preferred topics.
