Arkham (ARKM) Token Sale

If you are like me who seldom visit Binance exchange, there's a chance that you might miss some information or opportunity, hence here's to share one project (Arkham) which is set to conduct a token sale on Binance Launchpad.

Accordingly, the sale will follow the Launchpad subscription format where users' BNB balances - either on their Spot wallets, Trading Bots Accounts, Sub-Accounts, Margin Accounts, or on other places listed here, will be included in the daily holdings snapshots. ¹

The users' BNB balances will be recorded by the exchange during the 6-day preparation period, starting from the 11th of July 2023 at 00:00 (UTC) until the 17th July 2023 at 00:00 (UTC time). The average BNB holdings by each user within the six days will be considered final and will determine the maximum amount of BNB that each user will commit to the token sale. Token Sale Timeline

• Preparation Period (Snapshots Taking)

  It started yesterday, 11th July at 00:00 (UTC) and will continue until 17th July 2023 at 00:00 (UTC). These are the inclusive dates when the daily balances of the users' BNB holdings are taken and recorded. The minimum amount isf 0.1BNB and maximum amount is the users' available BNB balance.²

Holding details will be updated at 10:30:00 each day and will reflect on the users' launchpad dashboard.

• Subscription Period

  It will be open for twenty four (24) hours starting from the 17th of July 2023, 06:00 (UTC) until the 18th of July 2023, 06:00 (UTC time). To subscribe and commit to the ARKM token sale, users will have to sign the Token Purchase Agreement and only BNB on their Spot Wallets can be used during this period. So if you have your BNB on the vault, you will need to unstake it.

  Users' BNB when committed will then be locked until the final distribution of the ARKM tokens. During this period, users will not be able to access their token (BNB) and won't be able to perform any of the following transactions - transferring, withdrawal and/or trading. They can only do so when the distribution period is over.³

• Calculation Period

  The subscription period closes and the token allocation to each user will commence and will be calculated for an hour on the 18th of July 2023, 06:00 to 07:00 UTC.⁴

• Token Distribution

  Immediately after the token calculation, the distribution follows (07:00 UTC on the 18th July 2023). The corresponding BNB amount will be deducted to user's locked balances and will be credited to their spot wallets.⁵

  It is not mentioned whether the token trading will open soon after the distribution but per my previous experience, it seems to be the case. So perhaps ARKM trading will happen on the same day of the distribution.

Who can participate

As usual, to qualify on the Launchpad token sale, users should be verified or have completed their KYC. Also, they should not be from any of the countries or regions which are restricted, re:

• Belarus, Cuba, Crimea Region, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, New Zealand, North Korea, South Sudan, Syria, United States of America and its territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), Zimbabwe. ⁶

• Hard Cap Per User: 15,000 USD (300k ARKM)
• Total Token Supply: 1,000,000,000 ARKM
• Total Tokens Allocated to Binance Launchpad: 50,000,000 ARKM which is 5% of Total Token Supply.
• Public Sale Token Price: 1 ARKM = 0.05 USD (price in BNB will be determined and available prior to the subscription time after the average BNB holdings calculation period.)
