The Grind Won't Stop. Staking LEO & HIVE is a Lifestyle

Hive has certainly made me do things that I'm not sure if I'd do elsewhere. First, the daily grind and then next, looking and or thinking long-term. And I believe others may have developed the same thing here, yeah? Then great initiatives like HivePUD, LPUD, Saturday Savers among others inspire us to set goals, work on them, save and build continuously. Hence, I say that staking LEO and HIVE has truly become a lifestyle.

Where else can you find a space like that on the cryptoverse?

Anyhow, it's been a busy week in real life and here on Hive. The launch of the Leo Finance Adoption campaign on the 30th of April got me really excited and the thought of missing out on a quest made me feel anxious that at some point, I lost my focus and ended up not doing one really simply task on the first day, lol! Well, that's partly because the launch was at a time when half of the world was sleeping so most people missed it.

That experience has allowed me to think of ways on how to go about my days a little differently and plan ahead at least. All good now and I'm just taking the adventure on my pace.

Meanwhile, it's the weekend and those who are part of the Saturday Savers Club know the drill or tradition of the weekly progress reports and or updates about how we are doing with our goals. The 18th week has just passed and here's how my numbers played out:

Leo Power

This being my primary goal for this alt is growing slowly. With the LPUD coming in 9 days, I initially planned to pause staking so I could accumulate at least 300 LEO for the power up day. However, I couldn't help it and staked some today. A small amount of 125 LEO was added for the week, a 1% increase from the previous update.

The LEO were rewards (curation, delegation and content) but I also started buying from the market. The price at the moment is very affordable (3cents or 0.087) so it's a buy for me. I wanted to build my Leo Power before the LeoAds revenue smart contract will be deployed and start rewarding stakeholders.

Hive Power

69 HIVE was added during the week. Power up during HivePUD, the staking of 1 HIVE each day plus the content rewards. A 6% increase in the last 7 days which is still decent. I'm getting closer to my year-end goal, yay!

I was hoping to post everyday but failed to do such. Will keep trying though. The good thing is that LeoThreads is keeping me active at least.

Others

XV Tokens
Only 4 days left for the token sale and I added 10 to my small holding so my wallet has now 40 XV. Hope to buy a few more before the sale ends.

Zealy Campaign
This is a special goal for the next 35 days. The competition is getting tougher each day but the 100k HP Delegation is the ultimate prize that I'm eyeing for. Will do my best and hope circumstances will allow me to keep going and to have fun along the way. There are things to be learned, skills to be developed and that's a good challenge for me.
