Lions' 2023 in InLEO

The year 2023 has been full of developments on the side of InLEO. We have taken a fundamental step to rebrand our blogging / micro - blogging project to extend its scope. Formerly, the brand name of LeoFinance was focused on finance and economy posts. However, with the rebranding process, InLEO became a hub for all types of content.

The categorization in the Articles section and the existence of InLEO Communities made it easier to find like - minded people in our ecosystem. It has always been one of the goals of InLEO team. Besides the diversity of content, the new website came with lots of new features.

One of the groundbreaking updates of InLEO might be the Premium feature for Lions. The premium owners can change the colors of the logo as well as options and there are many other ways to personalize their web3 experience.

On the side of HIVE, each premium purchase provides liquidity on the HIVE-LEO pool on one of the Liquidity Pools in Hive DeFi, BNB Chain, or Polygon.

The Shift through Micro Blogging

You may realize that the focus of our platform is more on the side of micro - blogging similar to Twitter rather than the previous version which was more like Facebook.

The updated version of InLEO provides several advantages in terms of creating "snackable" content for people as well as more room for Ad revenue. The valuation of LEO token was also boosted with the buy-back mechanism applied via smart contracts. The full integration has not taken place but even the partial adaptations showed strong price actions in LEO token.

Besides ad revenue and increase in the engagement, short form content fits much better to the dynamics of the crypto ecosystem. When we consider the traditions of "GM" and "threads", our ecosystem is on the side of faster interaction.

Strength of Valuation

I think the year 2023 has been pretty volatile and harsh considering all the FUD news that we had since the beginning. While dealing with Quantitative Tightening, high-interest rates, global concerns, and anti crypto behavior, both HIVE and LEO were able to resist the risks we faced.

HIVE found itself another dip which is around $0.25. From that level, the price has bounced back with the bullish sentiment.

For LEO token, it has been an interesting year as well. The average value of LEO has always been between $0.045 and $0.09 levels in the bear market and accumulation. In the bull market, we tested around $1.20. The future is as bright as usual.

Good old days 🥲

The next bull market might be the time for "price discovery" by breaking the last all time high level. Honestly, this is what I expect in LEO token with the integration of buybacks and new Lion's token demand.

It is hard to claim that market is truly bullish and millions are joining crypto every day. Meanwhile, we can make use of the silence in the ecosystem and use it for the growth of our products. The Everything App of Hive is one of the best nominees for being the SocialFi hub of crypto. Neither Friend Tech, nor any other platforms were able to survive because they did not have a real community.

When the power of Lions is targeted wisely, we may reach thousands of crypto enthusiasts to help them explore Hive ecosystem. So far we have seen the firm steps taken.
