Sunday special ❤😉

Hello everyone

Hope you all are good.

Today is Sunday and basically it's time to do something special like something creative. And maybe it's time for the family to express themselves by making something new and delicious. This is my point of view. Well today I try egg paratha at home. I had heard about potato Paratha, Radish Paratha, Wheat Flour etc but I didn't know about Egg Paratha.

I have heard this type of paratha from my aunt.

Actually my aunt has 5 and 10 year old boys and they don't like to eat wheat bread. They like to eat pizza, burgers, pasta, you can say they like fast food and don't like vegetables and my aunt makes egg paratha for them because it looks like pizza. And they liked the taste of egg paratha.

So let's begin.

Ingredients:

  1. Egg
  2. Milk
  3. Wheat flour
  4. Tomato (one piece)
  5. Onion (one piece)
  6. Green chili (five pieces)
  7. Capsicum (half)
  8. Ginger
  9. Red pepper (one spoon) )
  10. Salt (one spoon)
  11. Hot masala
  12. Coriander
  13. Cumin

The process

Step 1:

First, we break the egg and put it in a bowl

step 2 :

We add a quarter of a cup of milk to soften the paratha.

step 3 :

Cut the onion into small pieces with the help of a knife and put them in a bowl.

Step 4:

Now we will cut the green chilies into small pieces and add them to the bowl.

Step 5:

Cut the ginger into small pieces and add to the bowl.

Step 6 :

Chop the tomatoes and put them in a bowl.

Step 7:

Chop the capsicum and add to the bowl.

Step 8 :

Add a spoon of salt.

Step 9:

Add a spoon of cayenne pepper.

Step 10:

Add a small amount of cumin.

Step 11 :

Add a spoon of hot masala.

Step 12 :

Add some quantity of coriander.

Step 13

Add wheat flour and mix well.

Step 14:

If you need some water to soften your paste, add it. Our paste is completely thin and should not be thick. And our paste looks like this.

Step 15:

Heat some oil in a pan.

Step 16:

We need a cup to help transfer our paste into the pan. So, we take a cup and pour our paste into the cup. And then transfer it to the pan. And maintain its arrangement with the help of a spoon. Full finesse and some crisps too.

And when one side of the paratha starts cooking, flip it over.

Final step and final shape:

This is the final shape of my egg paratha

it is not in circle and it is irregular in shape but it tastes great trust me 😁

Don't judge by face.

I appreciate myself

if they don't look that good then that's fine but this is my first attempt and I tried my best and it tastes good.
so, that's all about me today.

Hope you are all well and enjoying your Sunday with your family and friends. Have a nice day

thank you for your support and attention🥰❤

Adding more milk means the paratha will be soft and have more chance of bursting when we turn it upside down and yes you can try it on tawa.
