Stop complaining at POB

I have a big flaw or maybe an ability. It depends on which part we look at it. But I analyze people a lot, it's automatic, I can't help it. I start to think and analyze why she acts like that, why she says these things and I notice a lot in the way she does it to see if everything fits. And that applies to everything. Even being on social networks. That actually they deliver much more information for analysis and contradictions.

That's why I wrote the Post Dont be who you are not here at hive.

Another thing I am, it's logical and I'm exact. So numbers for me are quiet to analyze. Despite my contradiction of being very indebted LOL.

I know how important POB has been to many people. Not only the POB but the HIVE as a whole. And for us, Latinos where our currencies are devalued against the dollar as in Brazil and Venezuela. The few gains here yield a lot, despite things being expensive. I include myself. And I made clear in my first posts the amount of high debt I need to pay off and that I've been getting. At the same time I didn't even mention what I owe to the banks for almost a year now.

So yes. I know how beneficial POB has been. It has helped me with my very high bills and, look, I don't have a good curatorship, I wasn't lucky enough to get good delegations in the beginning. Everything was the result of day-to-day work here and still giving stakes to not take everything away.

Now, I see a lot of people complaining or commenting that posts don't give good votes like before or that other types of content have been awarded... Oh, please! Stop this. You're spoiled. A post that out of 20 POB is already 10 POB that you receive on average has been in a value of 0.65c which for Brazil would give 6.5 Dollars or 32 Reais. And if you do one a day throughout the month, it would be 30 x 32 reais = 960 reais. ALMOST A MINIMUM WAGE. But we know that at least once a week you get a post with good wishes. That's why I didn't put in the account the values ​​you earn in the comments, in the tags you use for other tokens and the earnings in HBD...

I spent years of my life writing on Steemit without earning a measly 1 SBD per post organically. I had to keep investing in bot votes, or paying for curation. WHAT I ALWAYS FOUND WRONG!

Here at POB we are in heaven. We're complaining about a full stomach. We took the beginning and over time it is normal that it will decrease. But even so it's still A LOT and A LOT. If I, with huge debts, has helped me a lot, I'm not that "famous" and I don't even have a legal POWER... Imagine for those who don't have high debts or anything, just the basics... Many people wanted to win this and they can, but we know that not everyone is ready and has the capacity to do what we do, to have this mindset to be involved with this here. In other words, we are privileged, we have the famous "luck" for all this here.

So stop complaining and worrying. Try to create more content, write more, READ MORE @wiseagent has already given an amazing tip about this in a post of his. Work, focus, and persist. Don't want to go easy as much as it's "easy" here. Success doesn't come like that!

Eu tenho um grande defeito ou talvez uma habilidade. Depende da parte que olhamos isso. Mas eu analiso muito as pessoas, é automático, não consigo evitar. Começo a pensar e analisar porque ela age assim, porque fala essas coisas e eu reparo muito na maneira como faz para ver se tudo condiz. E isso se aplica em tudo. Mesmo sendo em redes sociais. Que na verdade eles entregam bem mais informações para análises e contradições.

Sobre isso e por causa disso que eu escrevi o Post Dont be who you are not here at hive.

Outra coisa que eu sou, é lógico e sou de exatas. Então números para mim são tranquilos para analisar. Apesar da contradição minha de estar muito endividado LOL.

Eu sei da importância que O POB tem sido para muitas pessoas. Não só o POB mas a HIVE toda em geral. E para nos, latinos onde nossas moedas são desvalorizadas perante ao Dólar como no Brasil e Venezuela. Os poucos ganhos aqui rendem muito, apesar das coisas andarem caras. Eu me incluo. E deixei claro nos meus primeiros posts a quantidade de dívida alta que eu preciso liquidar e que venho conseguindo. Ao mesmo tempo que eu nem mencionei o que devo aos bancos a quase um ano já.

Então sim. Eu sei o quanto o POB tem sido benéfico. Tem me ajudado as minhas altíssimas contas e olhe que eu não tenho uma curadoria boa, eu não tive a sorte de pegar boas delegações no começo. Tudo foi fruto do trabalho dia a dia aqui e ainda dando stake para não tirar tudo.

Agora, eu vejo muita gente reclamando ou comentando que os post não dão bons votos como antes ou que outros tipos de conteúdos tem sido premiado... Ah, por favor! Pare com isso. Você está é mal acostumado. Um post que de 20 POB já são 10 POB que você recebe que em média tem ficado num valor de 0,65c que para no Brasil dariam 6,5 Dólares ou 32 Reais. E que se você fizer um por dia ao longo do mês dariam 30 x 32 reais = 960 reais. QUASE UM SALÁRIO MÍNIMO. Mas sabemos que pelo menos durante uma vez na semana você pega um post com bom votos. Isso que eu não coloquei na conta os valores que ganha nos comentários, nas tags que usa para outros tokens e os ganhos em HBD...

Eu passei anos da minha vida escrevendo no Steemit sem ganhar míseros 1 SBD por post de modo orgânico. Tinha que ficar investindo nos votos de bots, ou pagando por curadoria. O QUE EU SEMPRE ACHEI ERRADO!

Aqui no POB estamos no céu. Estamos reclamando de barriga cheia. Pegamos o começo e ao logo do tempo é normal que vá diminuir. Mas mesmo assim ainda vale MUITO e MUITO. Se eu, com dívidas enormes tem me ajudado muito, eu que nem sou tão "famoso" e nem tenho um POWER legal... Imagina para quem não tem dívidas altas nem nada, apenas o básico... Muitas pessoas queriam ganhar isso e elas podem, mas a gente sabe que não é todo mundo que está pronto e tem a capacidade de fazer o que fazemos, ter essa mente de estar aqui envolvido com isso. Ou seja, nós somos privilegiados, nós temos a famosa "sorte" por tudo isso aqui.

Então parem de reclamar e se preocupar. Procure criar mais conteúdos, escrever mais, LER MAIS @wiseagent já deu uma dica incrível sobre isso em um post dele. Trabalhe, foque, e persista. Não queira moleza por mais que aqui esteja "fácil". O sucesso não vem assim!
