Friends, we all know sleep is a very important ingredient for our body. Sleep means rest. If sleep is not enough, the mood remains bad, and our body can have various diseases. It is important to sleep at least six to seven hours a day. Sleep less time will make you sick.
Friends, there are some foods that do not us sleep because of eating. So we should need to be aware & avoid them that eating all the food does not result in sleep at night.
