Day 10 of Mass Indoctrination Program. 20/10/2023

Calvary greetings brethren and saints of God, I believe we are all doing great today. Glory be to God our Father.

We had another successful session of the study of the doctrines of Christ. I was privileged to participate in the event via zoom and there was lot learned at the course of the teaching.

Points noted from the teachings

The servant of God Bro Eli taught about the outward and the inner man. How do God sees us, which different from how man sees us.

2Corinthians 4:18. The Bible encourages us to focus and look at things which are not seen, and leave things which are seen, because things which are seen are temporal, why things which are not seen is eternal. We humans focus too much on things which are seen, such as material things and how men sees us which is our outward appearance, instead of focusing on God who look at the inner man.

You must be careful not to worry too much about your outward appearance and how men sees you, those are all deceiving, our aim should be to please God by purifying our inner man.

Romans 7:22. Paul in this passage of the Bible was delighted about the law of God which is after the inward man. Living a good life comes from the inside, and if you claim you love God and you heart is filled with evil then you must be a liar.

Genesis 1:26. We are created in the image and the likeness of God, and if you are still living a life of sin and evil then you ar e not representing the image of God here on earth.

Mathew 7:15. The Bible is warning us to be aware of fake prophets and pastor who appear to be good in the outside but inside them is filled with evil.

1Peter 3:3. God told us that we should not adorn ourselves with too much apparel, wearing of gold, those things are unnecessary in the sight of God.

God is teaching us to be modest on our dressing. Wearing shiny clothes and applying much substance on our body is not the way of the Lord. Scientist have proven that applying of too much chemicals on our body can increase our risk of having cancer and other diseases.

1Timothy 2:9. Women should be careful the way they dress. Wearing a dress that exposes your skin is bad, it can lead other men to sin and also you can be raped or harrased for doing that.

1Peter 3:4. Let us focus on the inner man which cannot be corrupted by the ornaments we were on the outside. We must live a meek and a humble life so that we can please God with our pure heart.

Lesson learned

1. God looks at the inward and not the outward appearance of a man.

2. We must be modest in our dressing.

3. Don't adorn yourself with too much ornaments and jewelry.

4. Live a humble and a meek life.

5. Let your inner man be free from evil.
