There Are Much Strength In Joy

It is a good day filled with great things, a day of joy and gladness. Hope this post meets you in peace. In my post today I will be talking about Joy.

Joy is a strength giver, any man that is sad automatically gets weak both in mind and in the body. As women, many things happen around us on a daily basis that will want to take our joy from us.

Just on Monday I was discussing with some of my sister's and one of us now said she see someone laughing for Joy, suddenly we all started laughing and the whole place was lighted up.

Joy is contagious so also sadness. Have you ever seen yourself in an environment that everyone Carry's a bold face, before you get to say Jack, you get influenced. This can also be Said of joy. Joy is transferrable.

Staying joyful needs a deliberate effort, just make up your mind that nothing can still your joy.

Your Company Matters Too make up your mind not to partner with joy killers or people that always tell sad stories.

I am hopeful that this little advice this night will help someone get back with higher courage
