Recurrent laryngeal nerve

The recurrent laryngeal nerve (RLN) is a branch of the vagus nerve (cranial nerve X) that supplies all the intrinsic muscles of the larynx, with the exception of the cricothyroid muscles. There are two recurrent laryngeal nerves, right and left. The right and left nerves are not symmetrical, with the left nerve looping under the aortic arch, and the right nerve looping under the right subclavian artery then traveling upwards. They both travel alongside the trachea. Additionally, the nerves are among the few nerves that follow a recurrent course, moving in the opposite direction to the nerve they branch from, a fact from which they gain their name.

For anyone that follows me and read my blog posts, mainly my @bradleyarrow account. You know the story of my wife's cancer. The almost nine and half year battle.

About two months ago she started loosing her voice till now it is just a horse whisper.

She did have a CT scan done in September with results from our GP. He did not really say much about the CT and her throat. But did refer her to an ENT (Ear, Nose,Throat) specialist. That we seen today.

He gave us more details. My wife has a tumor in the left side of the neck, it is small enough thst she did not know it was there, but big enough that the nerve interference has paralyzed her left vocal cord. Explaining her voice.

Now we wait, to find out if she can be put to sleep for a small surgery. With her mCRC in her lungs they have to figure out if that is possible.

If so they can expand the paralyzed cord so it is bigger and when the right one moves it should give her most of her normal voice back.

It is all about quality not quantity of life now.

On top of all that above I been sick, great day to take a sick day as I went with the wife to her appointment. I more than likely would not have if I was working. Glad I did, as she is devastated. It brought the reality of her cancer home.

If I can go through all this in one day and still get Hive posts out...

Here are the usually details that I have been putting in all my posts over the last couple weeks.

AIRDROP

I am going to try and raise a minimum or 5,000 BEE to a maximum of 10,000 BEE.

5,000 BEE will get the OUTPOST off the ground. The other 5,000 will add to it, as in, staking, delegation, I need 1 BEE stakes for each active member of the OUTPOST. Etc.

So if you have BEE lying around in your wallet or if you want to be a founding member here it is.

I will on launch of the outpost, air drop 20 BBHO for every BEE donated to getting this launched.

Max air drop will be 200,000 BBHO. There will only ever be this one air drop.

Some math for you. If we where fully funded at this moment and launched.

Approximately 3 BEE to 1 Hive 60 BBHO equals 1 Hive 0.00057 USD for BBHO if Hive at 34 cents.

BUILDING BBH

Every Saturday is drip day. Now if you are not a regular reader of mine you are wondering what is drip day.

I run a income token and tipping bot all in one. The token is BBH. Every Saturday I payout the people holding BBH tokens. Passive income if you like. I like to call it a 'drip' of a token(s) to the people that own BBH tokens. And unlike some all you have to do is own it. No staking, no nothing.

Today over 900 payments were made again. And it was the second week for CTP tokens. I also left the bonus $LEO payout in place.

If you own 10 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive.
If you own 5,000 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive and the Alive token, and CTP Tokens.
If you own 10,000 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive, Alive, CTP, and $LEO:$0.06:$0.06 tokens.

All just for owning BBH. There are two ways you can get BBH. First you can buy them from the open market. I use TribalDex myself.

Or they can be tipped to you. The great part about BBH tipping is that when you tip a token to someone else you do not loose any of your own. There is a central pool that supplies them.

And a third way to get BBH would be people gift them to you.

TIPPING

In a 24 hour period, reset at new day UTC. There are currently four levels of tipping.
