What's My New Wordpress Blog, Fit50s.com, About?
This is perhaps a bit premature as there is not yet a lot to see on my new blog, Fit50s.com.
However, I made a video for the "About" page this afternoon in which I quickly go over what the purpose of the blog is, and who it is for.
As the domain suggests, the blog is for anybody who is approaching, in, or beyond, their fifties who aspires to maintain or improve their health and fitness as they head into their [ahem] silver years...

I’m David Hurley and I welcome you to my Fit50s blog. Fit50s.com is for people who are in their fifties, or older and want to stay healthy and fit in body and mind as they age. The blog will give you some tips on how to take care of your health and stay fit based on my personal experience. Please note that I am not a qualified medical professional, nor am I a fitness freak, gym rat, or professional fitness trainer. I created this blog to share my own relatively easy-going health and fitness journey in the hope that it will inspire you to improve or maintain your health and fitness levels as you mature into the silver age of life.
It will also offer reviews of products that can help you with your health and fitness, products that I use or have personally tested for the purpose of writing a review.
Additionally, Fit50s.com will give you tips on how to create and run a business where you can make money by recommending health supplements to others.
So, let’s stay healthy, stay fit, and have fun like never before!
