Hello, friends of hive. It's another new day with a new challenges. I shall be discussing about a very vital topic which says coping with stress. When talking about coping with stress, it is divided nto different part but today I Shall be talking about each of it one after the other.

First, what is stress?
Stress can be said to be any type of change that causes physical, emotional, or psychological strain or disorder to the body system. Stress can be said also as the way our body react to any crucial situation or give response to some things that needs attention within us.

Coping with stress can also be said as a phenomenon or a process in which a person or a group of people try or consciously manage or get used to or tolerate stressors or any life challenges..

In this life, Everyone in one way or the other experience what we know to be stress but the way we are able to cub or curl around it will determine your capacity. The way you are able to respond to strenuous Condition will make a big difference to your overall well-being and your mental health.

Ways to cope with stress?
Ensure you make your work at home and your office work be on a stable state.
Ensure you involve in Regular Exercise.
Eat Well and Limit Alcohol and Stimulants intake in the body.
Always ensure you are surrounded by people with good intentions and people who are supportive.
Practice Meditation, Stress Reduction and body building
Sleep well and rest to the fullest
You can have a puppy for those that like them..

Stress is something we encounter in our everyday life, it can affect people's mental, emotional, physical and even physiological state.
Adopting good health measures like indulging in daily exercises, eating good nutritional food, can help curb stress damage to our body.

Coming across this after some days is not too bad for me I guess,but trust me I want to say this too is a very good content and thumbs up for you on this.

Just like your above definition in what stress is,which I totally agreed with you on, to me too I strongly believe that it is not what we can do about,just like you made mention of what can leads to stress which I still want to say you have said it all.

Work, challenges and to me chasing ones dreams too can be very stressful, cause the power and energy that requires in getting things done can be very demanding, especially when we tend not to achieve those things quickly or getting the needed results.

This thing's affected us emotionally and even at some certain point we tend to think of quitting the process and giving up,due to the fact that we are not getting what is needed as at when due time.

But stress to me and you can be reduced or their is a way out of this ,just as you have mentioned too in your content

Delegation of works to me is one way to ease such situations and even having people of great influence around you too can be very helpful in solving all this issue too
