Moving on With it

Source

Hey folks. Hoping you have a good day ahead.

Well, it sometimes gets frustrating to see your posts ain't making much. It is frustrating in a sense that makes you think this is what I am working for. But then again, you have to move on with what you are doing. Well, this is what I am talking about myself. There might be other people who may just quit seeing this sort of situation.

That is not how it works on Hive. Hive is more like a journey. It demands consistency. You didn't have a good day today, no problem if you stayed consistent, you might have a good day some other day. This is how it works. And this is what makes me stay active and consistent on the platform.

And it's not only about Hive. Consistency is an integral part of whatever work you do. You may not know you were close to your goal when you just quit before getting to your goal.

I had worked on Redbubble an online print-on-demand website for some months but then not getting my required results I quit. And after some long term after quitting Redbubble, I recently made a sale on Redbubble. My arts on Redbubble are now being favorited by users on Redbubble in a number that I didn't expect. I do think about what could have been the results if I stayed consistent there uploading my designs on a regular basis. I think the results could have been different.

That being said, I am glad that I have been active on Hive and consistently trying to show up on the platform posting on a daily basis. This for me is the plus point. But my point is, that staying consistent is what matters. And I am so far trying to stay consistent on Hive and moving on with it, irrespective of the situation when you don't get the desired rewards on your content sometimes.

Thanks

I have been facing the same challenge in staying consistent on Hive.

Well, it sometimes gets frustrating to see your posts ain't making much.

Indeed, it is most times frustrating especially when you spend a lot of time researching and writing the post. But now I don't let that get to me anymore, my plans are to be consistent and be patience.

Just like you said Hive is a journey and I realized that, when I left the platform six months ago. Most of my friends writing six months ago, are really doing well now.

Sometimes I can get this feeling too. But judging by the result, just writing makes me feel good. Not focusing only on profit is a good savior. consistency is good :)
