The Importance of Bitcoin and Altcoins Despite Market Volatility and Wariness"
As you all know, Bitcoin is the mother of all currencies, and as Bitcoin jumps, all the other ALT coins also jump with the same momentum, and whenever Bitcoin dumps, all the ALT coins start dumping.
Sometimes, when Bitcoin goes sideways, all the alt coins move like Bitcoin and start going sideways. Now that I am observing that Bitcoin and ALT coins are moving against each other, it looks like they are angry with each other.
Although fluctuating Bitcoin effects the whole market, some ALT coins move upward when the Bitcoin falls, but when the Bitcoin starts pumping, the ALT coin stops at its same position, moving in sideways.
It is too difficult to control and avail of the chance of profit. If you want to gain and earn from crypto, you have to predict investor behavior because inflation concerns can influence investor behavior and affect the entire crypto market.
Trading with stable currencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, etc. is not too risky, but it is full of risk to trade with ALT coins because ALT coins are known for their volatility in price and sharp fluctuations in a short period of time.
On the other hand, if you take some risk, then there is a lot of profit trading with ALT coins. Just keep your eyes on the news and market sentiment. Bad news and market sentiment can influence the prices of Bitcoin, other strong currencies, and ALT coins.
Liquidity is another key factor in price movement because any trader or investor can easily convert his assets into cash without losing significant value. Bitcoin and other ALT coins may face challenges in terms of liquidity.
If you can take care of all the factors and face all the challenges, there is no doubt that you will be a millionaire after a few years. So be patient while trading or investing for a long time.
Act upon all the precautions strictly and take steps forward. Nothing can stop your movement toward the sky. One day you might be called a big investor.
