My dear readers I always exercise for the sake of fitness, and as a football player I strongly take care of my fitness. I and my friends did our daily exercise, then we went to drink a glass of juice. It was so relaxing that I could not stop myself from writing about the advantages of "a glass of juice." A few words that I have felt about a glass of juice after daily exercise.
A glass of juice helps to refresh fluid loss. It is helpful for work-out recovery.
Drinking juice is easy to digest compared to solid foods, making it a convenient choice for quick and easily absorbable nutrients after exercise.
Some juices contain lots of vitamins and antioxidants. They help us keep our bodies healthy and fit so that we can fight the stress exercise puts on our bodies.
