Currently, the price of 1 LBC is trading for less than a cent i.e. $0.008 cents. I have been using the LBRY platform since 2020 and I came to know about this amazing platform when I stumbled upon a post here on HIVE and somebody was talking about LBRY and hence the discovery and ever since my YouTube channel was synced to LBRY platform that helped me earned close to 168K+ LBC tokens. No doubt, I did buy LBC as well considering what all it has to offer a blockchain-based file-sharing and payment network that powers decentralized platforms, primarily social networks and video platforms. Here are some of the benefits of the platform::

• Get paid for any content; may it be Videos, Posts, Pictures you can get LBCs for all of them.
• Censorship resistant; your content remains on the blockchain forever
• Decentralized; the community has the say and stake. No central authority and control
• Ads FREE, watch your favorite videos without any Ads

In a nutshell LBRY = Content Freedom and that too content of Any Type that's the beauty.

Judgement LBC Vs SEC case

The United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire has released its final judgement in the case of SEC v. LBRY. The court rules that LBRY, Inc. violated Section 5 of the Securities Act of 1933 and penalizes the company accordingly.

Precisely LBRY lost the case against SEC [Securities and Exchange Commission] the court rules that LBRY, Inc. violated Section 5 of the Securities Act of 1933. The LBRY team posted some of the stats on their twitter handle regarding what LBRY network has in total::

The LBRY network has:

• Apps used by millions each month
• Quality, open-source code And much more

Its very hard to see a project that has achieved too much in a small span of time go like that. LBRY is a protocol and its not easy job to build a protocol. Consider how we access the internet via "https" which is also a protocol. Similarly LBRY was the first and foremost a new protocol that allows anyone to build apps that interact with digital content on the LBRY network and Odysse App is one which is built on the LBRY protocol.

Sell 160K+ LBC tokens Vs HODL

This is my personal opinion so please act accordingly with your stake in LBC token. Considering I decide to sell 168L #LBC coins and at the current market price I will just get [0.008 * 168K] $1300+ but as I said in my post above LBRY has a lot to offer and just that things did not fall in favor of LBRY with SEC the token price has taken a big beating. I would rather prefer to loose all this $1300 and not sell LBC at this low price and continue to HODL the token. What if there is something else cooking up for LBC that we actually don't know..who knows what the next move could be..

I saw this tweet from the Odysee team on the rebirth coming soon.. not sure what it is and has this tied to LBC token or not, its just a speculation of mine and could be nothing to be with LBC as well. But for now I am not selling any of the LBC token that I HODL and will continue to stay invested in LBRY.. Considering all the factors; I strongly believe that if you have invested in LBC then HODL these precious token you never know when the right time comes and LBC is to the MOON...
