[SPA - ENG] Emprendiendo como tutor de español para extranjeros

👋🏼 Hola, mi gente, espero estén muy bien. Paso por aquí para compartirles una noticia muy importante para mí. Se trata de un nuevo emprendimiento en línea, una nueva manera de ganar dinero por Internet, tal como vengo trabajando desde hace muchos años.

Desde hace días formo parte de los tutores de la plataforma de enseñanza de idiomas Preply. Me postulé como profesor de español para extranjeros y fui aceptado. ✅

Esto es un suceso totalmente nuevo para mí. Si bien tengo experiencia dando formaciones y mentorías de oratoria y redacción, nunca había dado clases a través de plataformas como estas, diseñadas estrictamente para ofrecer y dictar clases en líneas, es decir, una aplicación de e-learning. 👨🏻‍🏫 Una oportunidad y reto que asumo con emoción y muchas ganas.

📍 Hasta ahora había ejercido mi profesión de manera independiente usando plataformas como Zoom, WhatsApp o Telegram para dar mis clases. Con un alcance local atendiendo clientes y alumnos de Venezuela y Latinoamérica. Ser profesor en una plataforma de clases en línea y con la magnitud de Preply, me permite tener acceso a alumnos en países de todo el mundo.

SIN MIEDO A PROBAR COSAS NUEVAS

Me ha tocado estos últimos días aprender a usar la plataforma, optimizar mi perfil en ella, así como aprender nuevos temas que necesitaré enseñar a los estudiantes que me contraten para las clases de español. Estarás de acuerdo conmigo que no es lo mismo enseñar español a estudiantes nativos que a extranjeros que tienen una manera de pensar, hablar, escribir, leer y pronunciar las letras de una manera muchas veces extremadamente distinta a la nuestra.

Pero como todo emprendedor que soy, voy sin miedo a ponerme al día con lo necesario para hacer lo más excelente mi trabajo y que estos estudiantes que confían en mí para aprender o mejorar el español, puedan quedar satisfechos.

Ningún emprendedor que se precie de serlo debe tener miedo y si lo siente, debe enfrentarlo y asumir los retos con entusiasmo. Esta nueva oportunidad que tengo sé que me permitirá crecer como persona y profesional, abriéndome puertas y oportunidades de todo tipo. Realmente estoy emocionado y con muchas ilusiones.

👋🏼 Hello, my people, I hope you are very well. I am dropping by to share with you a very important news for me. It is about a new online venture, a new way to earn money online, as I have been working for many years.

Since a few days ago I have been part of the tutors of the language teaching platform Preply. I applied as a Spanish teacher for foreigners and was accepted. ✅

This is a totally new development for me. Although I have experience giving training and mentoring in public speaking and writing, I had never given classes through platforms like these, designed strictly to offer and deliver online classes, i.e., an e-learning application. 👨🏻‍🏫 An opportunity and challenge that I take on with excitement and a lot of enthusiasm.

NOT AFRAID TO TRY NEW THINGS

It has been my job these last few days to learn how to use the platform, optimize my profile on it, as well as learn new topics that I will need to teach to the students who hire me for Spanish classes. You will agree with me that it is not the same to teach Spanish to native students than to foreigners who have a way of thinking, speaking, writing, reading and pronouncing the letters in a way that is often extremely different from ours.

But like any entrepreneur that I am, I am not afraid to catch up with what is necessary to do my job as excellently as possible so that these students who trust me to learn or improve their Spanish, can be satisfied.

No self-respecting entrepreneur should be afraid and if he/she is, he/she should face it and take on challenges with enthusiasm. I know that this new opportunity will allow me to grow as a person and professional, opening doors and opportunities of all kinds. I am really excited and with many illusions.

🔥 My passion for helping others to communicate better now has a new scope and that fills me with a lot of expectation. I will have the opportunity to teach the language we speak (one of the most important and popular languages in the world) to people all over the planet.
