LEADERSHIP AND MENTORSHIP
Some of the countries in the world as a whole are really progressing in term of their economic management while some are not even seeing the light of such progress . There are also many people around the world who are also stagnant in there business or education.
But coming to the point of realization,should we say they have failed to go through good leadership or mentorship?

Leadership is the act of leading a group of people of the same goal in achieving there goals.
While mentorship is the act of training the people you lead to become like you.
In our world today if there will be any type of progress or success in any society be it academic, education or politics there must be a good leadership and mentorship in such society or organization. If the individual of particular area will benefit from the resources of that area there must be a form of good leadership in such an area.
We have all heard about good leaders in some countries or organization and there contributions to the development of such an area they govern or lead. While on the other side we have also heard about bad leaders in some places around the globe.
As individual we must be ready to submit to good leaders for mentorship so as to learn expressly from their past experience and lifestyle.
In some cases we have seen when a leader of a particular area will die and no one will be found skillful as he or she was because the people around him as failed to learn or submit to his or her mentorship.
As a good leader in any society you must be ready to lay good example for others to follow and forming a act of mentorship for as many that are ready to summit to you,because you can not mentor a person that is rebellious to your government.
To my own understanding, I think good leadership and proper mentorship will take the world as a whole to a better point both in their economic and other management.
But do you think leaders must please their self before pleasing the people they are leading? which is NO! NO!! NO!!!

Leadership must take care of motivating those who follow them, that is a vital part to keep the business afloat and have a good work environment.
And I don't think leaders should please themselves, because they must put their business needs first.
Those who have good vision and a clear goal know that it works this way.
And I must say that leadership is always an admirable task that requires a lot of work and years of experience.
And anyone who is an entrepreneur should be guided or follow the example of those who have more experience.

It is good to differentiate between both types of approaches, being a leader is one thing and being a mentor is another, and obviously each person who wants to play one of these roles must meet some basic characteristics. I don't think it is something that can be assumed by anyone.

I believe that not everyone can exercise leadership and mentoring, as well as being guided. To do this you must have the right experience and the right skills. Surely following a good example will yield good results. Best regards
