Vital points that shows the importance of RULES and REGULATIONS

Laws can simply be defined as set down regulations and rules which a particular state or country obeys and it governs them. Law can also be inform of constitution and the are mostly written down for reference and everyone either in the state or country where the law is given is expected to respect and obey the law. Most times anyone that disobeys the law will face the consequences for disobeying the law, and most times people face this consequence unless that maybe the are pardoned.

Before a law is being given most times the pass a bill and bill is just a situation where a law has not been properly approved but it is still been considered whether it will be approved or not, a bill is not a law so a bill can't stand, and it is not only one person that signs a law, because if it is only one person the law may only contain selfish desires of the person that made the law but it is made most times by a group of persons, so it don't have to focus on one individual rather group of individuals with different perspectives and ideals.

ARMS OF GOVERNMENT

We have three tiers of government and the work hand in hand and play vital roles in any given country.

• Legislature

• Judiciary

• Executive

Each of this tiers of government is important and the do a great job, like the legislature who make the laws and outline them, the judiciary interprete the law and then the executive perform a vital role of implementing the given laws.

All forms of life has laws that guide's it's operation, both, countries, states, federation, institutions, societies and families has laws that governs it, and everyone needs to work in harmony with this given laws so that there will be total peace and successful movement. The benefit of law is that it helps in guiding people's behavior and without it there wouldn't be a good and modest way of life.

That for example there's no laws in a school, the truth is that every student will be misbehaving and doing as he or she likes, there will not be cooperation in any form, each student will do as he or she pleases when it comes to some of the things like, being early to school, wearing the right uniform, respecting his seniors, and other vital things. So we can now see how important law is.

Each country in the world today has laws that guide's and governs it, like for example, Nigeria has its own laws and regulations, the also have laid down constitution and the includes laws that are very vital which every citizen has to obey and follow.

The Nigeria rule of law makes it clear that no one is above the law, weather to you are big or small, rich or boy, in government or not, everybody is no above the law so therefore each of them has to obey the law.

The Constitution in Nigeria is divided into two, we have the Rigid and also the flexible constitution.

• The Rigid Constitution, is a constitution that cannot be easily changed or over ruled,if it has be signed it reminds so till eternity, it is a very strong law and cannot be joked with.

• Flexible Constitution; flexible constitution can simply be defined as a Constitution that can be easily be changed and overruled unlike the Rigid constitution, a little change in circumstances can cause a change in the Constitution, that is why it is said to be flexible which is something that is not strong. Different situation determines the kind of constitution that will be given, when it comes to lives and property most times the law that governs it is a rigid constitution but life can't be joked with and the are very vital.

Finally, laws are very important and every country has laws that governs it's operation and it's activities and every citizen has to obey the laws that is given to them, it is always best for everyone to obey any given law and to live in harmony with it to avoid being arrested or suffer other forms of disciplinary actions as a result of not obeying the law, let us all continue to obey laws and regulations given to us for there to be total peace.
