You are not too much

It's a season of love, so while we all celebrate the season with our loved ones, I would love us to take a break and take a deep breath to meditate over certain aspects of our lives. We all seek to love and be loved, we all seek to have that partner who shuts the door away from the world when they are with us, we all seek to have that partner who thinks about us and does everything possible to not let harm reach us directly or indirectly, we all seek to find love in this world filled with chaos.

So don't in a minute think that you are too much for wanting to be loved properly. Don't think that you are too much for wanting to feel valued because we all want it, don't try to hide how you want to be loved, express it to your partner, and let them know that you want a love that values you, that you want a partner that values you, it is not too much, you are not asking for too much, it is what you want, so go for it.

Don't let anyone make you think that you can not get what you search for, don't let anyone make you feel like there is something wrong with you or that what you ask is impossible, it is not, because you deserve it. Don't settle for less, and don't settle for a partner that makes you feel unappreciated and unwanted.

If for any reason you feel that way, it is okay to walk out of the relationship because the truth is, you will never feel that way if you are treated right. You are not too much or asking or wishing to feel special, you are not too much or asking for too much wanting to see your lover being proud of you or showing you off to everyone just to tell them how much you mean to them.

It's okay to ask or want to receive flowers, letters, or anything else that could make your day, and if those are your love language, please go all out for it, don't quench your hunger for those things, you deserve that and more. Don't let anyone make you feel or think otherwise.

You are not too much seeking attention from your partner, you are not too much for wanting your partner to reassure you with not just their words, their actions inactions, and thoughts, there is nothing wrong about that, you deserve such love.

I pray we find a lover who will make us feel like we are not too much because we are enough, always enough because we also deserve to experience this beautiful feeling called Love in the right way and with the right person. So do not settle for anyone who can't even do the little things that matter to you because you deserve it.
