Hold the pen

You went through every bit of life's struggles, challenges, pains, hurt, sadness, happiness, joy, gratitude, and thanksgiving so when writing the story of your life, don't let anyone else hold the pen.

Regardless of whether there was help or someone to encourage you, during those times and someone to share in your joy doing those good days, you wore the shoe and can better explain your feelings, emotions, and thoughts during those days, so why let someone else hold the pen when you are writing the story of your life, it is your life and not there.

Don't be defined by what they will write about you, be defined by what you will write about yourself, you can only be truthful to yourself because YOU, do not need you to impress YOU.

You have the scars, the happy and sad memories, the good and not-so-good memories and thoughts, you faced the worst and good days, and you went through the traumas, so when you are writing the story of your life, don't let anyone else hold the pen.

They do not know anything about you, and can not give a detailed and more sincere story about you, they do not even need to hold the pen because it is your life and nobody understands and knows better what you've been through even if you try to explain to them.

Don't give anyone such permission, leverage, and priviledge over you because they do not deserve such, they are all after what they can tell you or what they think is right for you because they are on the other side of the road. They are not at your side of the road and may never understand what you are going through.

Write your life story in whatever way and however manner you choose to write without the import of the crucifixion lot we have around looking for who to devour because they will never understand, so fo yourself the honour and luxury of writing the story of your life, and don't let anyone else hold the pen except you want them to.
