Cumpleaños de mi abuelo Tulio (ESP-ENG)

Feliz día a todos. Esta es mi primera vez en la comunidad de family and friends, y quería contarles del cumpleaños de mi abuelo Tulio y mi tío Pablo, que fue hace poco. No podía dejar de compartir las fotos que quedaron geniales, es que lograr una foto en la que mi abuelo sonría no es algo fácil, requiere estrategía y que me ponga a payasearle.

Happy day everyone. This is my first time in the family and friends community, and I wanted to tell you about the birthday of my grandfather Tulio and my uncle Pablo, which was recently. I couldn't help but share the photos that turned out great, it's just that getting a photo in which my grandfather smiles is not something easy, it requires strategy and for me to clown around with him.

Mi abuelo estaba cumpliendo 84 años, que no han pasado en vano. Es todo un señor, un magnate (muy ocurrente) y un excelente abuelo. Era el encargado de irnos a buscar al colegio y procuraba siempre comprarnos helado, aunque se suponía que debía darnos almuerzo primero. Es el que cuando le pregunto cómo está, me responde con un: “vivo que es bastante”.

My grandfather was celebrating his 84th birthday, which has not passed in vain. He is a real gentleman, a tycoon (very witty) and an excellent grandfather. He was in charge of picking us up from school and always tried to buy us ice cream, even though he was supposed to give us lunch first. He is the one that when I ask him how he is, he answers me with: "alive, which is quite a lot".

Tiene un humor algo negro y ácido, al punto que se dejo hacer una mini sesion de fotos el día de su cumpleaños, porque si se muere por lo menos tengamos unas fotos bonitas (con su comentario todos tragamos gruesos y no sabíamos si llorar, al final tuvimos que reír, porque no me queda de otra es parte de la vida).

He has a somewhat black and acid humor, to the point that he let himself do a mini photo shoot on his birthday, because if he dies at least let's have some nice pictures (with his comment we all swallowed thick and did not know whether to cry, in the end we had to laugh, because I have no other choice, it's part of life).

Mi abuelo Tulio es un ser ocurrente y una de las razones por las que estudié bioanálisis, le gustaba escaparse (literal robarse el carro para llevarme a la universidad en la mañana). Lo adoro y vivo peleando con él y amenazandolo con que haré una requisa de sus medicinas para ver si es verdad que se las está tomando (así de terrible es, me dice que se las toma y después las cuentas de pastillas no dan).

My grandfather Tulio is a witty being and one of the reasons I studied bioanalysis, he liked to run away (literally steal the car to take me to college in the morning). I adore him and I live fighting with him and threatening him that I will do a search of his medicines to see if it is true that he is taking them (that's how terrible he is, he tells me that he takes them and then the pill counts don't work).

Es un abuelito tecnológico. Quiere un iphone (no pregunten para aca). Le gusta ver los estados de whatsapp y es de los que te llama después para preguntar sobre lo que vio y enterarse de todo. También ve sus teorías conspiranoicas en youtube, además de las noticias. Sabe que es instagram, x (tiene su cuenta pero no la revisa mucho) y tiktok.

He is a technological grandpa. He wants an iphone (don't ask around). He likes to see whatsapp statuses and is one of those who calls you afterwards to ask about what he saw and find out everything. He also watches his conspiracy theories on youtube, in addition to the news. He knows whats instagram, x (he has his account but doesn't check it much) and tiktok.

Mi abuelo es un ser con un gran corazón, con sus manías y carácter, pero que sin dudas ama a su familia y es muy amado. Está pendiente de todos y todos.

My grandfather is a being with a big heart, with his quirks and character, but who undoubtedly loves his family and is very loved. He takes care of everyone and everything.
