RE: Marketing On The Blockchain

You are viewing a single comment's thread:

I am using both of them as well (Listnerds and CTPX), the second one more or less, depending on time. Advertising content and personal branding are different than project marketing, but marketing and development go hand-in-hand. I said we need more devs than marketing because we need better projects, more suitable for wide marketing, for marketing to be effective.

How should we go about attracting more devs. I agree we need more devs to create more awesome projects.

The easiest way is to hire them. Business-oriented people already on Hive, or other devs expanding their teams can do it and often do it. The problem is the bear market, as in crypto many lay off people during that time. That shouldn't happen anymore if we want to create stronger ties and devs who want to stick around.

Then, devs who want to come on their own need to have the tools and documentation up to date and things need to be made as simple as possible for them to switch from a different environment (ecosystem) to Hive. Receiving help when asked is another condition to keeping them around once they come.
