Hi there and welcome to my vlog, my name is Erik Gustafsson and I go by the handle @flaxz on 3speak, CTPtalk and Hive.

I Am Alive Challenge - Looking For Feedback - How Can We Improve?

In this video I talk about the #IAmAliveChallenge, and that I will start updating The Guide today and that it most likely will take the next few days to finish.

We also want your feedback for how we can improve the #IAmAliveChallenge further, things that can be done to make it better, just note that we can't add any more budget since we are already using what we have, a bit over 5 Hive per day in total.

Note: The guide has now gotten a first update, adding the parts below.

Now to start with the guide will be updated with how we now do tipping, videos posted in our Hive Community do get a tip, plus also meaningful comments made on posts for @iamalivechalleng.

We have also added @dustsweeper with funding and an INOUT priority, this means that if anyone for some reason does not reach the 2 cent payout threshold, then the Dustsweeper should go in and cover that.

Instructions for the Alive Engagement Contest that is done daily on @iamalivechalleng will be included in the guide.

Plus we now have over 60 posts and videos with guides and tutorials in the Hive Affiliates Community, to help people get started on Hive and how to use it, and also to keep on growing as content creators and to make videos, plus affiliate marketing.

All this will be added and adjusted in the guide for the #IAmAliveChallenge, what do you think?

Once the guide is updated and any other ideas implemented I will start updating the I Am Alive ebook.

They are doing a great job, it just takes a little time to see the results, perseverance and passion is the key to achieving success, you don't have to lose your way because you want to get the results faster.
I think that twitter is a good place to conquer new participants,

Thanks a lot @jlufer, and thanks for your great support and engagement, so this update is both about giving newcomers to Hive and people that might want to join the challenge a guide where they can get all that info in one place, plus also about giving more focus on helping people that are already part of it more help to grow as content creators, and to help them on their Hive journey.

The biggest missing parts of this puzzle was to get the Hive Affiliates Community mature enough to act as a knowledgebase for all of this, and also that I needed to have enough time to complete things, which I have got a bit more of since Mike is now running the #LukeIsAlive contest.
