I am really looking forward to seeing many Hivers holding this problem solving token. In a year from now, some of you will look back and say, rats, that was an #Awesome offer.
Well, there will always be more rewards coming. However, some of you will not see the trees for the forest. It's a human imperfection that needs to be managed if you want to maximize returns.

Yesterday, on #Leo #Threads I was challenged about my presentation on the value of our #PEPT Banker account. It was an opportunity to churn some traffic and to benefit from the traffic generated. That is what Project ePayTraffic is all about. I am not a fan of making money for monopolies. I came from a very poor family and I went through a lot of pain to break the cycle of inequities, lying, cheating, greed, etc that exist around us.
I also understand we all walk our own journey. My philosophy of Learning Before Earning is about making valuable and strong connections along collaborative journeys. It's all about generating synergy. So one can continue to behave in a binary world Web2 or learn to be a master in a quantum world Web3.

On Epaytraffic, I got over 100 MQS points. How to start trading? I mean, How can I get cash for my effort? Is that any actual way to sell the extra credits?

Now that you have created your trading account you need to convert rewards to your Cash Balance. In the Rewards Panel of your Dashboard, click on one of the links below your cash balance. It will show a report of your rewards earned. Note that you need to view sufficient pages for each of the awards available. For example, in my reports for yesterday, it shows,

I was in second place but I did not view the required 375 pages. So my reward was 0.00
You will need to take notice of this to maximize your returns on the site.
Also, you should be able to earn and claim an 8 second daily upgrade. Doing so will allow you to view more pages in less time.
To get cash, I pay using Paypal so you will need to move cash to the Trading Cash Balance where you have access to request payment. I am looking at the option to convert cash to Hive tokens but for now it would be a manual process.
Not yet but that is the plan. For example, they may get converted to ePay tokens or to a new advertising token on Hive.

First of all, I thought that there was a system similar to Leadsleap where we could convert credits to cash. For example, on LL, we can convert 50 credits into 0.10$.
But, here, there is no certainty!!
I have 0.07$ cash in the trading account. I wasn't aware of it. Anyway, a few more questions
Yesterday, I was the 1st surfer with 401 sites surf but I needed 500!! On day before yesterday, 250 surfs were required. The day before that the number was 125. Why does this change from day to day? That's not fair, is it?
What's the added benefit of having more MQS points? I have over 250. Any extra benefits?

Now to address your concerns.
I am not a member of LL. How many clicks and time does it take to earn 50 credits?
That is not correct. For example, if a member makes 250 pages views everyday, from day one, they earn a minimum of $0.15 everyday. That's often more then you get on a blog here. If you make 500 pages views one day, that means you are covered for another day. If you miss a day you will need to make it up to get your moving average back up. That is a certainty. You get rewarded for contributing to increased site traffic. In addition, you earn advertising credits that you should use to promote yourself and/or your favorite link. You can convert these credits to banner and text ad impressions. Also, have a look at the following page.

It list ad campaigns on the site. The more credits you have assigned to your ad campaign, the higher on the list it will be. This does not consume your credits. It is organic advertising. No need for a visitor to join the site to see your ad campaign. You also have some searching ability. Now the page is not pretty today but it will improve and new functionality will be added. My focus is to get the mechanic of the system working well. Then we initiate some process improvement projects.

In the snippet you provided, it tells you why you did not earn the reward. You need to surf the minimum number of pages for each ranking. These rewards will all increase but not until I am confident that the cash flow from the site will support it.
It does not change everyday and I believe it is a fair compensation. You need a mindset shift. !lol
Higher MQS point will give access to more features and functionality. Just like you were not able to create a trading account until you had 100 MQS points, you may not be able to do a conversion unless you have more MQS points. Again, the mechanics of the system is still being defined and going forward you will see greater benefit of having a higher MQS score. For example, you will be able to create a client page that is hosted and advertised at no additional cost. Also, a Member Quality Scorecard will be used to communicate reputation across various networks. Now that I am learning more about Hive reputation and resource credits, I expect do do some integration across Web2 and Wed3 services.
I believe a member should be able to earn and grow their earnings from their own effort without recruiting or spending any money as a starting point. Again, efforts are being made to integrate with Hive. For example, by surfing you will be mining #ePay tokens.
