Hi Rob,

Well, I have many goals.

They are usually a series of goals all connected to lead me to the next destination point in my journey.

I will reduce my Xploring time and increase my recruiting time. I am looking at a strategy to grow the #PEPT traffic exchanging community. So I need to come up with material that will help move people from their existing activity routine and consider a different routine that still aligns with their goals in their journey. Now that is challenging because we are all creatures of habits that are hard to change.

Getting your head wrapped around the transitioning from a web2 world to the new web3 world is not a cake walk. I have noticed many of the bottlenecks in learning and using dapps. If I was not so stubborn I would not have made it this far on hive. Many people give the impression that using Hive and using dapps is easy and the best thing since sliced bread and I don't see it that way. I see pros and cons and a huge learning curve with lots of risks for a business owner. I know many established online business owners that are not prepared to make the shift.

So, I suppose I will come up with a series of goals that will help me bring more people on hive. Some will be via CTPX but I will look at other entry points. Once that ball starts to roll I will publish targets. I usually achieve all my goals because I set myself up for success. For example, using the ball rolling scenario, position yourself and the ball at the top of a hill and make the target the bottom of the hill and not the other way around. !lol
