That's bad. I see that the proposal is being funded (Support level is 100%) so why did they go back to the subscription model? Any particular reason?

While being above the Return Proposal (#0), the hdbstabilizer proposal (#169) is "eating" all the DHF daily budget, meaning HiveSQL is effectively NOT funded.
