Decentralized Monetary Systems: A Path to Peace in the world.

Source

Many things have been learned from recent events in the world. Take the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022 for example. It has taught us that political power can be abused and how world governments can handle the situation to ensure the world lives in peace. Notably, it also shows how international governments weakened Putin’s military might through economic and monetary power.

The question I have now is this; If the world governments can use their monetary power and system to sanction Russia so that they are forced to put down their weapons of war for the world to have peace, How do you think it could be when a completely decentralized monetary system replaces the world monetary systems? A situation where the government no longer has full control of money and can not print unlimited amounts of money to fund their egoistic corrupt ventures.

That means the governments would no longer have the money to fund their wars and thus peace would remain constant and strong throughout the world. The world would come to realize that only a decentralized system such as Bitcoin can truly bring lasting peace and a community of all of humanity.

This is not just about the prolonged war between Russia and Ukraine. It's about wars everywhere, present and future. Be it economic, political, or social wars. Today, people are more afraid of the government than of any other enemy, even when their governments are the biggest criminals, after all, they have control of money and can print as much as they need for their own selfish needs.

A decentralized financial system is the solution to government abuse of power, the use of money to corrupt and abuse others, and governments printing money to finance their wars and corrupt activities. Bitcoin as a decentralized monetary system puts the power of money in the hands of the people, thereby taking control of money from the government. When the means of printing money at will is no longer there, no single government will have the fortitute to finance a war. A system where the central banks are no longer needed and no means to print more money, the entire world will be united and live in peace.

However, how do we get to a decentralized monetary system that would bring lasting peace?

Decentralization is the answer to this fundamental problem and how we get there is by educating and inspiring others to vote Crypto, more people being part of the Bitcoin ecosystem and this will drive more people to the system, but the most critical part of the puzzle, this system cannot be run by the government, nor by any other entities. It is decentralized in nature.

Most governments are proud to initiate and engage in wars because they have control over the central banks where they get much money to produce or buy more weapons of war. But all of this is unlikely to happen in a decentralized monetary system where the government has no control over money.

Money can't just be printed at will by central banks in such a system. Government spending is limited and can only be done in a way that the people decide. Central banks can only borrow and spend money to fuel their government's desires. But how much money will they have access to in a decentralized system? And everyone is just their own bank?

That’s where a decentralized finance system brings change to everything. Decentralized system, for example with bitcoin, can limit how much the government can spend because it depends on how many coins are in circulation and have been mined. On top of that it also depends on how many people are willing to lend their coins to the government. The more you spend the harder it gets.

A decentralized financial system is needed by the world for true peace and prosperity, as well as stopping governments from doing too much.

"How do you think it could be when a completely decentralized monetary system replaces the world monetary systems? A situation where the government no longer has full control of money and can not print unlimited amounts of money to fund their egoistic corrupt ventures."

This is the misunderstanding we face. Money isn't wealth. It's just a service that facilitates commerce, makes transacting at a distance easier. Confusing money with wealth leads us to the trap above. Money is used as a veil behind which actual wealth is concealed. But we don't need money to be wealthy, to transact. Innumerable economic systems exist, with many varieties of monies, and many means of transacting with and without money. The potlatch economies of the PNW, for example, didn't use any form of money. They used debts and obligations for actual goods, in the form of property rights and food, lumber, hides, and etc. disbursed by the chief at feasts, or potlatches, to obligate service from beneficiaries to provide security, labor, and etc.

Goodwill is the basis for exchange that matters. Goodwill cannot be inflated, stolen, taxed, or hoarded by them that didn't create it. Money enables fraud, theft, taxation, and etc., and is the key tech enabling thieves to enrich themselves by enslaving others. Actual decentralization is potential by utilizing goodwill and can be done with ad hoc temporary money, or without it better, because using some token enables taxation, inflation, and fraud that thieves can employ to simulate goodwill they didn't merit by their good faith endeavors.

Wealth can be - and is - created without money being involved whatsoever. I create goodwill just by knocking on my neighbor's door and asking the little old lady if she needs help fixing anything. I don't need to give her some tokens to get a sammich. I just need to provide stuff, actual services or goods, that increase her felicity, or prevent her suffering. Actual wealth creates economic fecundity. Money is a trap that enables crime.

Thanks!
