It's not the first time this idea has been floated. But city officials are taking citywide math even further - it's time to start building before you're ready to live in your house. Not only will this will benefit the time it takes to build the home, but it could also reduce the overall cost of the building when you're ready to move in. I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how we can predict the future and predict our survival in the future and one of the things that I find myself worrying about the most is that we won’t be able to find a place to put our houses. I have seen and heard about people who regretted the opportunities they missed to build a house for themselves in their active days. What have I done for myself about this issue?

So, I took the courage and bought a vacant piece of land far away from the city so I can get it cheaper. It was a hard decision for me at the time because the funding for the plot of land came from my business, and it affected my business standing during that year.

However, I considered the acquisition of the plot of land from a business perspective. If for any reason I wasn't able to build on the plot of land, I could still make something out of it for my business by reselling it for a profit. So, I went ahead and bought it. I didn’t forget that I had only started to build my business when I bought that plot of land.

Fast forward to today. Due to frequent transfers from my organization within the last four years, I have not had the time to focus on the building of the house on the plot of land. However, I am taking it step by step, gradually but making progress. I am not under any pressure to live in the house presently since I am still in service. And my organization takes care of my housing needs as long as I am in service. After I retire, I can move in and live in the castle that I built by myself and not the one my neighbor builds. That is the plan that I have while working on the house in the building stage one step at a time.
