We are in crunch economy in Nigeria where is very difficult to opt for three square meals. Most Organisations have crashed down in fact many individuals life is becoming unbearable for them.

Recently someone said the amount of money he spent on transportation is more than his salary hmmm another said I have retrenched by my organisation due to insufficient resources to Carter for all staff.

It's high time that one must pick up the challenge to confront life squarely. One of the factors that can drive one to successful destination is motivation. No matter what you do if you're not motivated you may not achieve anything.

Motivation entails the drive that propels one to ensure that goals are attained or needs met. I know the present challenge would have tilted some plans and makes it look as if is an impossible mission. I'm hear to spur you that motivation is powerful and one must use it to prevail.

You're the original initiator of that vision or goal. I must to share some tips that help to motivate one.

• Have a clear and a defined goals. Never you copy others instead be yourself.
• Appraise the goal often this will keep you. Check if there's any place that needs further improvement or change or adjustments where necessary.
• Even when others don't clap for you please kindly clap for yourself. Work won't finish but human beings.
• Learn to focus on your abilities and never be discouraged.
• Take out time for recreational activities.

Motivation is powerful and has the ability to stir one to greater heights. It could be from within or without.
