PRINCIPLES ON HOW TO EVALUATE 2023 GOALS

From the inception of this year, I know many of us drop down our goals and intentions for the year. One thing is to beautifully bring out goals another thing is working to ensure the realisation of such goals.

In as much as setting of goals is good one of the most important thing is evaluating the goal till achievement is attained.

I will like to share some principles that would help in evaluating stated goals for this year. Before we continue, I believed the goals you have are specific which means has a direction on what to do. I also believe it can be measured periodically or at any point one wishes. Furthermore, hope the goals are attainable, Reliable and confined or bounded by time. Haven said that, the following could help to assess goals.

• The new month has just begun, it's necessary to check out the goals from January till now and mark the ones that has been accomplished while the not accomplished are identified.
• Strengthen your relationship with your mentor if at all you have one if not kindly get one. Have a general run down of the entire goal plan again with him or her.
• Identify your weaknesses from January till date that affected your efficiency and performance on not achieving some of the goals.
• Seek for more opportunities that you can easily express more of the goals.

Don't give up neither be discouraged instead keep pressing inspite of the hurdles till the last goal is attained.
