A life there is no substitute for skills by spiritual or physical matters as well as career-wise. Many have made the mistakes off seeking for substitute or substituting skills for other means to acquire they are goals in life but the truth is that if they go in such direction they will not go far because of limited knowledge in the areas that they are venturing into. Which shows all the importance of acquiring skills in all areas of our life and endeavours. Before we look at what substituting skills means let's know what skills are?
What is skill and why we can't substitute skills?
A skill is the learned ability to act with determined results with good execution often within a given amount of time, energy, or both. People need a broad range of skills to contribute to the modern economy.
Every area in life or profession has is technicalities and languages that helps one have a safe landing in order to get the full packages of such profession. Let's take achitecture for instance, a professional architects must have learnt the skills of drawing a plan how the plan should be implemented on the ground and how such plan becomes a full building. This shows the difference between a mason and an architect. A mason just know how to build or supervised by an architect. There for anyone that wants to venture into professional building career must learn the skills of architecture.
Not everyone that knows how to mix floor flower and sugar that is a baker. For a person to be known as a professional Baker the person must undergo training (skills) on how to bake and how to meet up with the competitions that he or she will face as a baker. For the baker there is no substitute for the skills of baking.
How many persons or people are jack of all trades and master of none because they lack the requisite skills to become professionals in such field of endeavour. This is because they believe that venturing into different different areas of life and leaving them halfway can make them in some incomes but the truth is that they cannot become professionals and that is the fact which means that there is no substitute for skills. A profession is known buy the skills they acquire and the way the executes those skills in your real time.
