Mind you, our body is made up of 70% water and this needs to be sustained to avoid complications and illness.

There are many health problems, both long and short term, that can come about from dehydration. These include: migraines, dyspepsia, hypertension, kidney stones, breast cancer, uterine cancer, sinusitis, pulmonary tuberculosis, and obesity.

If the aforementioned health challenges can be caused by dehydration, it means that hydration can help reduce or completely prevent most of the above diseases. This will lead us to the benefits of drinking water in the morning.
