work-Life balance

I see work-life balance to be, when you do something you admire. They are a lot of people these days, who work not because they love the work they are doing, but because it was the work they find employment opportunity on, and they are now managing it so that to take care of their daily challenges.

Therefore, in the life of these people, they can never have this work-life activities and balance, because there is no much admirations in the things they do, rather than, they are using it for survival.

When someone love something he does, he can do it no matter if he is tired on it, but if a person is doing it because of money, when the money isn't coming anymore in that work, he will leave it because what grant him into the work is no more sighted in the job.

I believed that happiness is the greatest balance of work-life. A lot of people are in their jobs because they want the money, but the work is not something they really want to do, and if they have the finance to support themselves, they would have switched out and do something else.

Yet, in that job, they would still do their best because they wouldn't want their boss to get mad at them for poor results coming from their work, but inside them, there is no joy of, I am doing the work I admire.

When someone work in a place he wants, there's thing we will see about the person, and that is, he wouldn't bother so much about the renumeration because he loves his place of job and moreover, he will be so proud about it.

A lot of people because they do not love their work, you see them going to work late and frowning faces in their office. Our work-life affect our characters a lot, anyone who has this balance of work-life would be feeling admirable both in the workplace and outside of work.
