Everybody in the maintenance department thought Julio was a troublemaker, just because of the way he raised his voice when he is making calls, responds to people and above all, since he used to shouts in every activities he engaged himself in.
The situation get to the manager and he was refusing to let go and wanted to correct Julio of this habits, if it was even true, so when he gets closer to him in a continuous interactions, he found out that, Julio isn't as they think he is, because he is an amazing person just as everyone else.
But people only judge him wrongly, when they see how he reacts to events but inside him, he is one of a kind person who loves and respect others.
The manager himself keep spreading the news about Julio, when he finds out that it was not the way others worker's presume, he always told his fellow workers whenever they complaint about him to better note that, it is not as they think of Julio, because Julio might be reacting in the way they saw him does, but he is never a dangerous person.
Therefore, as time's goes on, each and everyone of them began to learned of the kind of man Julio was, it was true that he shout and do as he was not very unkindly to others but he was respectful of people.
What happens is that, the environment each of us were raised are not the same, so our attitudes wouldn't be the same either, but that doesn't mean, we do not respect people who deserves our respect, we do, and we always appreciate the good things that people do to us.
