5 minutes freewrite prompt: Never Going To Happen

When my friend came to my hostel, he mentioned that since he knows me in the school, everytime he came to my hostel, he will saw me always with my phone and hobbling in no other place than the internet, so he could not kept quiet anymore, what he did was to laugh at my continuous making of activities on the internet.

You know what he said?. He was saying, "what if the internet is being shutdown, how would I be living my life?

Because he has noticed that I am this kind of person that actively engaged on the activities on the internet than what I see going on around me.

I don't even mind if he is here with me, when i talked with him, the next thing I will do will be to touch my phone and he doesn't enjoy staying with me because of not giving him my full attention.

I knew he was just bluffing, because why would he even think of a thing like that, I admire the activities I saw on the internet because those things on the internet are derived on the physical world, people who knows about the internet filmed it and put it there.

So, my reply to my friend was that, "shutting down the internet is not going to happen, because the internet is a world on it own, instead of the internet to be shutdown, another thing is going to be created just like the internet but better than it in so many ways.

Anyway what he said makes me to laugh because considering if the internet should be shutdown, life will be so boring to so many people who relied on the internet for so many activities of their life's.

The internet has became the first place I checked on what's happening because it has the ability of bringing the world into your finger tip.
