Week 188 - Being surrounded by nature as my favorite weekend plan

Greetings my dear community and all who make life in this beautiful platform, today I want to share and talk a little about my plans during this weekend participating in this weekly contest, and now, of all the proposals there was one that caught my attention, and it was the fact that it was something I did very often, practically a habit or rather routine and for some inconvenience, for this weekend and some more to come I have to leave it aside, an activity that although I would love to do at the moment it will not be possible, although I do not lose hope to recover soon and above all to return to make that space in my agenda and day to day to resume it in my routine.

What would you rather do than what you are actually going to do this weekend and why?

This routine or activity that I had been doing practically every weekend and I loved it, was to go out to the nearest park and walk, or do any physical activity that would keep me in shape and condition, especially for my overall well-being, but for some time now I have been having a discomfort in the lower part of my knee, so I went to the doctor and he told me that for the time being I should rest and not make any effort. It also coincided with a plan I had to travel this weekend to the beach before starting work, the truth is that at the beginning of knowing this diagnosis I felt very discouraged because I love going outdoors, and this activity in particular felt that it did me a lot of good, but then after thinking about it a lot I felt that a little rest at home would not hurt me, especially when my health is at stake. They say that when a door closes a window opens, and keeping a positive mind helps us to cope better when life or destiny changes our plans, and that this break is momentary and that very soon I will be back.

It was a pleasure to be here with you and to have shared with you a little of my story by participating in one of the topics of the community, I wish you a happy weekend. Greetings and blessings! Take care friends and I'll be back next time to share much more with you!
