Sharing with co-workers and students a dance therapy to close the celebration of special education [ESP|ENG]

Un saludo mi querida comunidad @family-friends y a todos lo que hacen vida en esta linda plataforma. En este mes se realizaron muchas actividades en el colegio donde trabajo con motivo de la celebración de la Educación Especial, en este caso son jóvenes de 15 años y más con compromiso cognitivo y para cerrar está fiesta que inicia desde el día 1 planificada especialmente para ellos se realizó una bailoterapia donde participamos todo el colectivo unido tanto el personal como los estudiantes

Greetings my dear community @family-friends and to all who make life in this beautiful platform. In this month many activities were held at the school where I work on the occasion of the celebration of Special Education, in this case are young people 15 years and older with cognitive impairment and to close this party that starts from day 1 planned especially for them was a dance therapy where we participated the whole collective together both staff and students.

Está actividad está planificada desde hace día solo faltaba la aprobación de la instructora de bailoterapia, quien vive en la cercanias de la institución y se ofreció a llevar está actividad tan gratificante sin embargo mis compañeras de trabajo junto a sus estudiantes estaban súper animados de este día que sería de mucha alegría para todos los que formamos parte de esta institución además que su práctica tiene muchos beneficios mejora el estado de ánimo como también sirve para liberar el estrés

This activity has been planned for a day, the only thing missing was the approval of the dance therapy instructor, who lives near the institution and offered to carry out this rewarding activity, however my coworkers and their students were very excited about this day that would be a great joy for all of us who are part of this institution, besides its practice has many benefits, it improves the mood as well as serves to release stress.

Fue una mañana donde interactuamos todos como una gran familia, así lo digo porque es importante tener una buena convivencia con nuestros amigos y compañeros de trabajo, ya que sin darnos cuenta hacemos más vida o pasamos muchas veces más horas en el sitio donde laboramos que en casa y este tipo de actividad ayuda tanto a la interacción como integración de las personas. Fue 1 hora de baile donde además de sudar muchísimos, disfrutamos junto a nuestros estudiantes con este gran baile el cierre de su mes aniversario

It was a morning where we all interacted as a big family, I say this because it is important to have a good coexistence with our friends and co-workers, because without realizing we do more life or spend many times more hours in the place where we work than at home and this type of activity helps both the interaction and integration of people. It was 1 hour of dancing where besides sweating a lot, we enjoyed with our students with this great dance the closing of their anniversary month.
