Enjoying a Christmas afternoon of fitness in the company of healthy Cumaná [ESP-ENG]

Un saludo mi querida comunidad @lifestyle y a todos lo que hacen vida en esta linda plataforma. Desde que adopte cambiar mi estilo de vida por una más activa y saludable, estoy al pendiente de todos esos eventos recreativos y deportivos que se realizan en mi ciudad y de esta manera participar, esto me hace sentir muy bien y me llena de mucha satisfacción ya que logré romper esa flojera, por llamarla de algún modo que sin darme cuenta afectaba mi bienestar y por ende mi salud.

Greetings my dear community @lifestyle and to all who make life in this beautiful platform. Since I adopted to change my lifestyle for a more active and healthy one, I am aware of all those recreational and sporting events that take place in my city and thus participate, this makes me feel very good and fills me with great satisfaction because I managed to break that laziness, to call it somehow that without realizing it affected my well-being and therefore my health.

El día jueves asistí a el evento Cumaná Fitness, organizado por el equipo de Cumaná saludable, en compañía de mi familia y algunos amigos de la plataforma que al igual que yo nos encanta este tipo de actividad recreativa. A las 5:00 de la tarde salí de mi casa para aprovechar antes que comenzara la actividad y tomarme unas lindas fotos con todos estos personajes iconos de la navidad, en especial uno muy gracioso y divertido como es el Grinch.

On Thursday I attended the Cumaná Fitness event, organized by the Cumaná Healthy Cumaná team, in the company of my family and some friends of the platform that like me we love this type of recreational activity. At 5:00 in the afternoon I left my house to take advantage before the activity began and take some nice pictures with all these iconic characters of Christmas, especially one very funny and fun as is the Grinch.

A pesar que no era fin de semana y el otro día tenia que levantarme temprano para ir al trabajo, la pase super bien los aerobios y la bailoterapia me encanto al igual que la coreografia navideña con todos estos personajes en escena, al igual que ver a casi todas las personas que asistieron identificadas de alguna manera con los colores o algún accesorio de esta época de navidad, fue una actividad muy linda para recargar mi cuerpo de energía. Bueno algo que se escapo contarles sobre este dias es que se emcontraba de cumple mi cuñada @daysiselena y culminamos con un pequeño compartir con unos deliciosos snack entre los hivers amigos y la familia, fue una tarde muy especial donde hubo de todo un poco.

Although it was not a weekend and the other day I had to get up early to go to work, I had a great time with the aerobics and dance therapy and I loved the Christmas choreography with all these characters on stage, as well as seeing almost all the people who attended identified in some way with the colors or some accessory of this Christmas season, it was a very nice activity to recharge my body with energy. Well something that escaped to tell you about this day is that my sister in law @daysiselena had her birthday and we ended with a small sharing with some delicious snacks between hivers friends and family, it was a very special afternoon where there was a little bit of everything.
