Hace un par de días finalmente terminaron de arreglar mis dientes superiores y quería mostrarles cómo quedaron y también contarles un poco sobre estos días de proceso.

A couple of days ago they finally finished fixing my upper teeth and I wanted to show you how they looked and also tell you a little bit about these days of process.
Yo utilicé brackets y tuve todo un trabajo odontologico por más de un año donde me arreglaron mis dientes, nunca tuve muchos problemas con estos, no estaban tan mal, solo algo separados y debía corregir la mordida, todo esto fue en mi país, Venezuela.
El trabajo estaba listo, solo debía utilizar mis retenedores para evitar que se movieran los dientes, al llegar acá a Argentina, en el 2021, rompí los retenedores sin querer y me descuidé con eso y se me volvió a hacer el diastema (separación o espacio entre dos dientes) y no me gustaba como se me veía.
I used braces and I had a whole dental work for more than a year where they fixed my teeth, I never had many problems with them, they were not so bad, just something separated and I had to correct the bite, all this was in my country, Venezuela.
The work was ready, I just had to use my retainers to prevent the teeth from moving, when I arrived here in Argentina, in 2021, I broke the retainers by accident and I was careless with that and I had a diastema (separation or space between two teeth) and I did not like the way it looked.
Así que estuve buscando desde hace mucho tiempo cuánto costaría arreglar este pequeño detalle. En esa búsqueda di con esta odóntologa, que tenía un lugar llamado Dental Pro, que me pareció genial porque no cobraran la consulta, era gratis, así que cuando finalmente pude juntar el dinero suficiente, agendé mi cita para empezar con este proceso.
Mi cita fue un sábado a las 15:00 (3 PM). Me alisté y llegué un poco antes, pero no tardaron mucho en atenderme.
So I was looking for a long time how much it would cost to fix this little detail. In that search I came across this dentist, who had a place called Dental Pro, which I thought was great because they didn't charge for the consultation, it was free, so when I was finally able to get enough money together, I made my appointment to start this process.
My appointment was on a Saturday at 15:00 (3 PM). I got ready and arrived a little early, but it didn't take long for them to see me.

La chica me hizo un chequeo dental, para ver si tenía caries o algún problema mayor, fue muy amable, todo estaba bien.
The girl gave me a dental checkup, to see if I had cavities or any major problems, she was very nice, and everything was fine.
Luego me dio algunas opciones para la corrección del diastema, ya que era pequeño, me dijo que podía ponerme una pequeña ortodoncia detrás de estos dientes para pegarlos (obvio todo esto tiene su nombre, solo que no recuerdo cuál es y les estoy contando tal y cómo lo entendí, no me juzguen🤣) o podía utilizar carillas, ella me haría el diseño y lo bueno era que podía incluso tener días de prueba antes de que fuera definitivo, para acostumbrarme.
Este día ella me hizo el diseño inicial para que me fuera adaptando, me dice que no quería tocar mucho mis dientes porque estaban muy bonitos y no había que hacerles mucho, me halagó la verdad💅🏼.
Then she gave me some options for the correction of the diastema since it was small, she told me that I could put a small orthodontic behind these teeth to glue them (obviously all this has its name, I just do not remember what it is and I am telling you as I understood it, do not judge me🤣) or I could use veneers, she would make me the design and the good thing was that I could even have trial days before it was final, to get used to it.
That day she did the initial design so I could get used to it, she told me that she didn't want to touch my teeth too much because they were very beautiful and I didn't have to do much to them, I was flattered💅🏼.
No fue muy largo el proceso, se sentían algo rugosos pero ella me explicó que al limarlos y terminar no se sentirían así. La verdad me encantaron porque siguió mi petición de alargarlos un poquito más, ya que tengo los dientes muy pequeños, pero mi mayor miedo era que me hicieran algo que se me viera muy falso y feo, como unos chicles, pero realmente quedaron bonitos y naturales, así que decidí que estaban bien y fui a la próxima cita a terminar el procedimiento.
Y así quedaron.
The process was not very long, they felt a little rough but she explained to me that when they were filed and finished they would not feel like that. I loved them because she followed my request to make them a little bit longer since I have very small teeth, but my biggest fear was that they would do something that would look very fake and ugly, like chewing gum, but they looked nice and natural, so I decided they were fine and went to the next appointment to finish the procedure.
And that's how they looked.
Estoy muy satisfecha y me siento feliz, aunque fueron casi 100$, sabía desde siempre que un procedimiento estético siempre será algo costoso, pero para esto trabajo, es algo que me generaba inseguridad y me alegra haberlo corregido, ahora si sonrío con gusto😁.
