Happy New Year to all Hivers. Need a resolution for the occasion? one that is easy to follow through with?
How about starting the new year with a delicious tropical sunshine salad? once you have tasted this you will want to continue making it throughout the year. it's simple to make, exquisite and a delight to both the eye and the tongue. i have used 3 of my favorite fruits, pomegranate, papaya and pineapple and let the sun inspire the arrangement but the one who makes it gets to choose what goes in it and how to serve it.

as to what is in store for 2024, let's make it a peaceful year. starting with ourselves
