RE: What Drives The Motivation To Hustle When Money Is Not There?

That particular video really got me thinking, how new waves can open up were we least expect it, And that's consistency in what we do regardless of what coming out,

Just few days ago I made a post about our obsession (positively in the aspect of our passion) which plunges us into being creative, that guy could have been doing that for how long, what shot him to limelight is the extra energy he puts into marketing the product, mind you he was doing it for fun and love for it not necessarily the money and I love his accent too he speaks very well

Some people find it difficult to be productive because they're demotivated by the job circumstances surrounding them. When money is not the motivation to work, it takes "extra" to see the best of people.

I also made a highlight about this in my post recently, I can tell you that one of the reason why the company launched out for him is the raw talent and energy in him, there are those so called HODs of marketing Department with degrees seating idle in an air conditioned office recieving good pay cheques with little or no productivity or creativness because they're in for the funds they get,

And here's these guy with probably no qualifications whatsoever doing this, imagine if these guy is trained by this company and given all the necessary tips to do more I can tell you he wouldn't mind to go back to the street and ensure that company sales so much and becomes the number one bottle water company in Nigeria

I once read in an article when Jim Iyke one of Nigeria's very popular actor opens up to how graduate with Degrees and qualifications ruin his business but that same business was revived by the street guys who has no qualification, and these should send a message to all Nigerians, it's not about complaining about the economy but how well are they willing to go to become Better at what they do....

Thanks for the comment. Of course the guy was doing the promo for the fun of it. I'm sure he must've been doing this for a very long time and this time luck shined on him. I use to tell people that sometimes it doesn't cost anything to do or put one's best into whatever they're doing. Provided they're initially doing that, being incentized by money alone will only make people lose out on Opportunities.

In Nigeria, people with the most sophisticated degrees and fancy educational background are the laziest and less innovative lots. Some of them are thriving from the innovations and hardwork of their subordinates. The street is where the real innovations are, and just like Jim Iyke pointed out in that interview. I saw that interview and I was like, only an experienced person can relate with what Jim actually said in that interview.

At the end of the day, I just feel people need to put in extra effort even if there wasn't immediate profit, provide there's prospect and the future looks promising.
