As I quietly listened to Bro Eli in his podcast the scripture Matthew 15:18-20 pops up in my mind there and then I truly understands what Jesus was saying to the scribes at the time when he was seen eating with Zachius

^But this things which proceeds from the mouth comes from the heart and they defile a man, for out of the heart proceeds evil thoughts, murder, adultery, fornication, theft, false witness, blasphemy these are which defiles a man

All of the things you see happen in life are so because the heart of all men except those that have been saved by the call of salvation posses all of these dirty things that have occupied the heart of men for so long, you see #MCGI TOPIC REGIEW for this week focuses on HOW CAN A MAN’s HEART BE CLEANSED from all of these things

While listening the Bro Eli review the scriptures of John 15:3
^Now you’re cleansed through the word which I have spoken to you

Jesus also said the word which I speak to you they’re spirit and they’re life able to divide asunder of souls, which here is the recipe to cleansing of a mans heart, the word of God is able to cleans the heart of a man thoroughly from all form of wickedness and evil acts

This is to tell you the power in the word which is the only thing that’s can purge us from all of these negative things that have taken the throne room in our heart, the book of Romans 12:2 says do not be conform to this world and it’s pattern but rather renew your minds by constantly adhering to Gods word, these way gradually our hearts are purified

Brother Eli also talked about our hearts rejecting Gods word due to many negative things in it, you see these reminds me of the sower’s parable who went out to sow a seed and as he went on planting by praying the seeds some fell on stony ground, while some feel by the way side, some fell among thongs and somebody fell on good grounds, these different grounds represent the hearts of men, brother Eli gave an example says the word of God says do not commit adultery but your hearts says I love her so much I can’t stay without her, in that case the word of Hod cannot find a dwelling place in your heart, there by giving room to all negative and evil thoughts to find expression in our hearts
