#HIVENAIJA WK27 •||• MY MOST REOCCURRING EXPENSES

Hello @hivenaijans and every ladies and gent in the house from my end here in Port Harcourt, Rivers state Nigeria I send my greetings far across the entire Nigerian air space to everyone, season greetings and may you experience a prosperous and a very happy fulfilled NEW YEAR of course I’m already too excited to jump right in waited for this right for on day one well I must say our MOD’s we’re revamping the entire Hivenaija front-end kudos to every team member who ever since the Big meuve as been up and running to keep the platform busy my sincere appreciation

Alright for these week prompt I thought of a lot of reoccurring expenses in my life I can actually do without but still find it uneasy if I don’t spend on it after searching my mind’s archive I found it

DATA

Alright let retrace a little bit from the beginning-:well you see before now I wasn’t really a big fan of the web2 space I rarely chat on FB or WhatsApp Or 2Go back then so anytime I would buy data was to download a song or games or stuff like that but I rarely had a need to buy data, so I could literally stay for a long time without it all I need is my music, my games, videos and these things keep me occupied so it has been like that till I’m used to it

I would say it all began late 2022 when I was introduced to hive and I started understanding what was actually going on in here that I began to see the need for data, still at that I wouldn’t feel the need to load Dayan inn my line for browsing or doing anything not until my mentor began to make it a compulsion I must have data always, till at that I know if my data was exhausted I wouldn’t load another till like almost a week or so, so I was always on and off like that, I can’t say for real if there’s been anytime I had data on my line for straight one month

N/B: I’m used to been like that

The more I continually engage on-hive the need for data became more necessary than normal, as of last year I began implementing my hive goals, although I was late at the time but I was determine to be consistent till the year ends so I started, since then till now I don’t think there’s been a single day I’ve been without having data on my mobile line for work, yah since it all became clearer hive has become my workstation in the clouds so now it’s a must, I have spent on data more often than usual

Rewind a little bit towards end of December say second week last year I was seriously engage in work off-hive such that for more than a week I totally lost all energies to write or do anything on hive so I never saw the need to buy data or go online for any reason, up early back late I’m exhausted so I refresh and sleep off till the next morning, may be watch a movie and doze off

What I’ve discovered Is that since I’m not really a social media freak not until I discovered the amazing world of Web3logistics and it’s many wonders I can actually do without data even for a month I really don’t give a hec about it, but then hive came along and changed the narratives
as a blogger I understand the need for data and never to run out, the world need the information at my disposal with a little goodwill to it

i can do without it, it is a necessary part of me now so I have to always run expenses on data like almost every week
