Hello
Today I decided to do something for my health first, because I don't go out much and I have a stationary bike that just collects dust ....
I decided that 15 minutes of activity every day can't hurt. Because of all my health problems with my kilograms .....
Every start is difficult, especially if you include it in your daily routine, but I'm sure it's just a plus for my well-being and daily motivation.
Many times we make a daily plan or a weekly one and then we just don’t do it or say tomorrow or next week — me too ....
So I took life and well-being out of my daily routine for a better tomorrow.

I watched a post from yesterday’s webinar on Monday by Jon and Blain and cycled along the way
