Parrilla Llanera: Cojedes - Vzla ☀️(ENG-ESP)

Hola amigos, amantes de la cocina y la deliciosa comida 🤤✌🏻

Ayer por cuestiones de trabajo salí de la ciudad con rumbo a otras tierras, aunque fue un viaje ida y vuelta fue gratificante además de trabajar y en mi imaginación pasear un poco 🙈😂

Luego de un par de reuniones en la mañana, fuimos a almorzar, en un restaurant bastante popular en la ciudad de San Carlos, el nombre del lugar es Moringa y se encuentra muy cerca del monumento al mango 🥭

Ya he visitado ese sitio en otras visitas a la ciudad, pero no había tenido la oportunidad de reseñarlo. La verdad es que el lugar es precioso, jamás he visitado un lugar como este. Es inmenso el terreno en el que está construido, tiene grandes árboles indispensable por la altas temperaturas del llano pero además tiene un vivero que forma parte de toda la temática del sitio.

También, tiene un espacio súper bonito de mesitas al aire libre que no es muy recomendable cuando es medio día porque en mi caso que fuimos a almorzar es insoportable el calor 😂 así que entramos, el lugar estaba repleto, nos instalaron en una mesa, y luego a comer.

Tenía ganas de comer parrilla, el llano es bastante popular justamente por la carne, así que al final pedimos una parrilla grande para todos. En general, me pareció bastante económico éramos 5 personas y gastamos 36$ incluyendo bebidas.

La carne estaba buenísima, super suave y con muy buen sabor, venía con papas, ensalada, arepitas y una salsita super rica.

Sin duda, ir a San Carlos significa ir a comer rico en Moringa 🤤🥰 al salir del lugar vuelve el calor 🥵 pero las vistas son preciosas.

Yesterday due to work issues I left the city heading to other lands, although it was a round trip it was rewarding besides working and in my imagination walking a little 🙈😂.

After a couple of meetings in the morning, we went to lunch, in a very popular restaurant in the city of San Carlos, the name of the place is Moringa and it is located very close to the monument to the mango 🥭.

I have already visited that place in other visits to the city, but I had not had the opportunity to review it. The truth is that the place is beautiful, I have never visited a place like this. The land on which it is built is immense, it has large trees that are indispensable for the high temperatures of the plain, but it also has a nursery that is part of the whole theme of the site.

Also, it has a super nice space with outdoor tables that is not highly recommended when it is midday because in my case we went to have lunch and the heat is unbearable 😂 so we went in, the place was full, they installed us at a table, and then to eat.

I was in the mood for parrilla, llano is quite popular precisely because of the meat, so in the end we ordered a large parrilla for all of us. Overall, I thought it was quite economical, we were 5 people and we spent $36 including drinks.

The meat was very good, super soft and with very good flavor, it came with potatoes, salad, arepitas and a super rich sauce.

Without a doubt, going to San Carlos means going to eat well in Moringa 🤤🥰 when you leave the place the heat returns 🥵 but the views are beautiful.
