Let's go for a dessert: Milhojas Cake 🍰 (ENG-ESP)

Here I have returned with a taste experience, this time for a sweet craving that led me to a Milhojas 🤤🍰.

For those who follow me, you know that I am not so much of a sweet person, although I have the particularity that when I want to clear my mind from so much work, a good dose of sugar achieves the desired effect 🤤🤤🤤

That day among so many pending I just wanted to disconnect from work and my husband invited me to take a walk near home, we chose to go to the bakery of the super market Forum and although initially only entertained me with the aisles we got to the part of the desserts and I was provoked to taste a Milhojas.

Something you have to know is that the price left me very surprised, for only 1.5$ I got my portion of cake, what do you think? Overall I think everything on the counter was pretty cheap compared to the coffee places I usually go to.

Well, another thing I must tell you is that the service was 10/10, we ordered the cake and then they brought it to the table with dessert spoons that I particularly think had a very nice design.

As for the taste, it was very good, the puff pastry, the pastry cream and the arequipe 🤤🤤 I think there was no loss. It was just what you would expect from a milhojas cake, there is something I liked too and that is that it was not excessively sweet, it was just right.

At the end of the day, I was very satisfied with my cake 🤤🤤🤤.

Por acá he vuelto con una experiencia de sabor, en esta ocasión por un antojito de un dulce que me llevó a una Milhojas 🤤🍰

Para quienes me siguen sabrán que no soy tanto de dulces, aunque tengo la particularidad de que cuando busco despejar la mente de tanto trabajo una buena dosis de azúcar me logra el efecto deseado 🤤🤤

Ese día entre tantos pendientes quería justo desconectarme del trabajo y mi esposo me invitó a dar una vuelta cerca de casa, escogimos ir a la panadería del súper mercado Forum y aunque inicialmente solo me entretenía con los pasillos llegamos a la parte de los postres y me provocó degustar de una Milhojas.

Algo que tienen que saber es que el precio me dejó muy sorprendida, por sólo 1.5$ obtuve mi ración de torta ¿Qué les parece? En general creo que todo lo que estaba en el mostrador estaba bastante económico en comparación con los locales de café a los que suelo ir.

Bueno, otra cosa que debo comentarles es que la atención fue 10/10 pedimos la torta y luego la llevaron emplatada hasta la mesa con cucharillas de postres que particularmente creo que tenían un diseño muy bonito.

En cuanto el sabor, estaba muy bueno, el hojaldre, la crema pastelera y el arequipe 🤤🤤 creo que no hubo ninguna perdida. Fue justo lo que se esperaría de una torta milhojas, hay algo que me gustó también y es que no estaba excesivamente dulce, estaba en su punto.

Al final de día, quedé muy satisfecha con mi torta 🤤🤤
