Degustación: Croquetas de pescado en el Caribe (ESP-ENG)

Hola amigos amantes de la cocina y de la deliciosa comida 🍽️🤤

Con cada viaje siempre se viene mi parte favorita y la de muchos de nosotros por acá y es la comida 🤤🤤 en esta ocasión les voy a estar comentando y dejándoles mi apreciación de la atención de los restaurantes de playa en temporada alta.

Amo comer pescadito frente al mar 🤤 en esta ocasión viajé por tercera vez en el año a mi lugar favorito del parque nacional Morrocoy, cayo sombrero 🥹🌊 es importante señalar que en mi anterior visita estuve en temporada baja a finales de enero y ahora justo en agosto, la concurrida temporada alta.

Se esperan tantos temporadistas en esta época que la agencia de viaje con la que me fuí a esta aventura envió la carta del menú para hacer el pedido en el restaurant un día antes🥲 Io cuál, particularmente no me gusta tanto porque tenía el presentimiento de que no estaría tan fresco para el almuerzo.

Considerando esto, me incliné hacía las croquetas de pescado son más prácticas para comer y me desagrada menos comerlo frío 🤣 iba mentalizada la verdad jajaja llegamos a la isla y a mitad de la mañana el restaurant envío todos los pedidos en estos envases de anime bien resguardos.

Yo no tenía hambre 😔 además de que llevaba muchos snacks porque no sé si les pasa como a mí que amo comer ese tipo de aperitivos con cervecita frente al mar 🤣

Pospuse el almuerzo un rato, así que a pesar del sol intenso mi pescado estaba frío cuando lo comí 🥲🥲 si estaba fresco y con buen sabor pero... No tenía el mismo flow que cuando viene recién salido del restaurant. De hecho los tostones no tenían su punto de crujiente que me gusta, mi único que me gustó cómo estaba fue la ensalada 🤣🤣

No todo fue malo, me gustó pero fue un 7/10 🥲 porque ajam no es el servicio que me gusta, otra cosa buena de todo esto fue que el plato me costó menos que en temporada baja aunque igual creo que tenía menos comida, solo pagué 10$ y justo comí literal con el mar en frente está vez teníamos mejores lugares en la isla.

Mi recomendación es que si desean comer en los restaurantes de la playa en esta temporada (depende del sitio y lo concurrida que sea) ya saben que tiene sus pro y los contra.

Igual me gustó pero... están sus detalles 🤣 para llegar a encantarme, soy exigente con algunas cosas 🙈 la atención en temporada baja es más personalizada 🥹🍽️ pero la playita me llamaba por estos días jajaja.

¿Ustedes en qué fechas prefieren ir a la playa? Soy team temporada baja pero la playa siempre se disfruta en cualquier día, hora y momento 🥹🌊 así esté la comida fría 🤣 porque otra opción era quedarse en el establecimiento y pasar horas esperando y perderme todo lo bonito del día solo por la comida 🥲

Este fue un sacrificio necesario, en otras circunstancias la prioridad sin dudas para mí serán una buena degustación 🌊🍽️

With every trip always comes my favorite part and that of many of us around here and that is the food 🤤🤤 on this occasion I will be commenting and leaving you my appreciation of the attention of beach restaurants in high season.

I love eating fish in front of the sea 🤤 this time I traveled for the third time this year to my favorite place in Morrocoy National Park, Cayo sombrero 🥹🌊 it is important to note that in my previous visit I was in low season at the end of January and now just in August, the busy high season.

So many seasonal visitors are expected at this time that the travel agency with which I went on this adventure sent the menu card to order at the restaurant a day before🥲 which I particularly do not like so much because I had the feeling that it would not be so fresh for lunch.

Considering this, I leaned towards the fish croquettes are more practical to eat and I dislike less to eat it cold 🤣 I was mentally prepared hahaha we arrived on the island and in the middle of the morning the restaurant sent all orders in these anime containers well guarded.

I wasn't hungry 😔 besides I had a lot of snacks because I don't know if it happens to them like me that I love to eat that kind of snacks with a beer in front of the sea 🤣.

I postponed lunch for a while, so despite the intense sun my fish was cold when I ate it 🥲🥲 yes it was fresh and tasted good but.... It didn't have the same flow as when it comes fresh from the restaurant. In fact the tostones didn't have their crispy point that I like, my only one that I liked how it was was the salad 🤣🤣

Not everything was bad, I liked it but it was a 7/10 🥲 because ajam is not the service I like, another good thing about all this was that the dish cost me less than in low season although I still think I had less food, I only paid 10$ and I just ate literally with the sea in front of me this time we had better places on the island.

My recommendation is that if you want to eat at the beach restaurants in this season (depending on the place and how crowded it is) you know that it has its pros and cons.

I still liked it but... there are its details 🤣 to get to love it, I am demanding with some things 🙈 the attention in low season is more personalized 🥹🍽️ but the beach was calling me these days hahaha.

When do you guys prefer to go to the beach? I'm team low season but the beach is always enjoyable on any day, time and moment 🥹🌊 even if the food is cold 🤣 because another option was to stay in the establishment and spend hours waiting and miss all the beauty of the day just for the food 🥲

This was a necessary sacrifice, in other circumstances the priority without a doubt for me will be a good tasting 🌊🍽️
